A friendly welcome, but the hygiene left much to be desired. Mold in the bathroom, and thick dust covering the furniture. The sheets seemed clean, but honestly, I don't want to know if they were. One night was more than enough.
Paid a lot of money for a dirty room!!!

The location of the accommodation is very good, near tourist attractions, easy to walk.
From the airport, take bus number 397.
Get off at Leidseplein, walk another 1 km.
Beautiful view, next to the river.
Small room for the price paid.
There is an elevator, but it is very small.
The room next door will be noisy when closing.
Cleaned every day of stay.
The uncle who takes care of is kind and provides full service.

The front desk of the store is very patient. They also explain clearly what you need to pay attention to during check-in. They are very friendly. The room has local characteristics as expected. It is clean and tidy and the scenery is very good. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Amsterdam House Hotel with my two rescue dogs from Thailand. Our room was cosy and clean with an amazing view of the canal. The owner was so kind to our dogs...they were nervous as they are rescues and he went put of his way to comfort them and show them kindness. Great, central location, close to all the main sites within walking distance. Breakfast was also very good, a nice selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location, breakfast options and helpfulness of the staff are excellent. Our room was tired and our bathroom had significant areas of black mold and needed considerable attention.
