Di-Ann City Centre Hotel

If you want a workout before staying this is a must visit the stairs are a nice way to stretch the legs before a busy day traveling we booked the balcony room and was a nice touch to the stay could do with some finishing details proper coffee machine and tables but if u want just a place to stay and balcony to chill out in this is a ideal spot and fairly cheap stay. Was perfect for what we needed and slept like a long all night

Superb hotel good value, helpful friendly staff. However one wall in my room was unpainted just plaster(see photo’. . Very half done and disappointing. I could paint it in an hour.

i only stayed for one night so i don’t have much to say, however i left my new airpods in the room on the top bunk by accident. i called about 20 mins after i left the room and they claimed they weren’t there. i went to check up on the location however they couldn’t be located anymore..

Terrible environment

Was originally given a room on the 4th floor, I understand most buildings in Amsterdam are not easily accessible but this was 4 flights of steep stairs with suitcases. The room was very small, and there was an awful sewege smell coming from the room. When I complained to reception I was asked to run the shower and taps (basically try and rectify the problem myself…) I tried everything but the smell was unbearable so I was eventually moved to another room. Myself and my partner had to sleep with the window open as there isn’t air conditioning at this property, and we were eaten alive by mosquitos (which isnt directly the hotel’s fault) but it made our stay really uncomfortable. On the plus side, the sheets and towels were replaced every day, it was clean and the shower was powerful. The location was brilliant. And the staff were all friendly

The guy at the reception was nice and the service was fine but the hotel itself is really old and dirty and outdaded
