Great location in Anacapri on the lovely island of Capri. We came out of season (Christmas) and within 5 minutes of arrival the host was there to check us in (despite us being several hours early).
It was out of season but there were buses every 15 minutes and many restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist attractions open. We couldn't understand why more tourists didn't stay?
We enjoyed the free coffee and sweets and the room and bathroom are superbly fitted out with modern showers.
Excellent value and we would definitely stay again.
Also a lovely kitchen and terrace area upstairs with a lovely coffee machine.

Ottima location ad un prezzo giusto ,Capri si sa e’ carissima.abbiamo trovato questo posto ad Anacapri vicino alla piazzetta di Anacapri e ben collegato a Capri,a Marina grande e Marina piccola la Linea autobus e a pochi minuti a piedi .si può cenare nelle vicinanze .la camera era spaziosa ,pulitissima,dotata di tutti i servizi incluso phon un balconcino molto carino con una splendida vista .sul Terrazzìno comune Potete trovare una frog per consumare un caffè in terrazza e un frigo con dell acqua per i clienti .non prevede colazione ma ti coccolano così !proprietario molto disponibile .

If I could, I would have given 0 stars. Dishonest owner. My partner and I had a room booked one week in advance and when we arrived at the island we called them and we were told that they had 0 rooms left. The owner was very rude and asked us to short it out with booking. Very diasapointing...

Struttura appena ristrutturata molto carina e con tutto quello che serve per un ottimo soggiorno. Accoglienza da 5 stelle per non parlare del tramonto sul terrazzo !! Per chi visita questa splendida isola da non perdere. Ritorneremo di sicuro.

È stata un’esperienza meravigliosa! La location è ben posizionata, praticamente al centro di Anacapri con tutti i negozietti, bar, ristoranti, ecc. Dalla terrazza c’è una vista panoramica spettacolare sui tramonti capresi e una comoda area lounge sia coperta che all’aperto, dove poter sorseggiare un caffè o un drink e godere del panorama mozzafiato. Il signor Lino (il gestore della struttura), è sempre stato gentile e cordiale. Per tutto il tempo che abbiamo soggiornato, ci ha dato consigli utilissimi per quanto riguarda posti da visitare sull’isola e i ha aiutato moltissimo nell’organizzazione dei nostri itinerari! TUTTO SUPER!

My experience here was impeccable, the staff was so friendly, the room was super clean, I would definitely go back and stay here in a heart beat. I completely loved the experience and the staff. 100/10 I would refer R&D to everyone I know.
