This hotel is also because I can't stand it from San Michele, I haven't even lived in it! No refund yet! They are all at the youth hostel level with a three-star brand! Where does such confidence really come from! "Hotel San Michele!"
As for the blue, the hotel rooms and design are good 👌. I'm not very satisfied when I check in. I keep asking me to take a credit card. I have said several times that I use cash. If you don't accept cash, please lock the minibar in the room. I don't need it! One thing needs to be communicated for a long time. Really quite inconvenient! When I was about to use the bathtub in the room, I found that there was a lot of black objects flowing out, and I didn't use it in the end.

Hotel has one of the best locations in anacapri but it is not a five star. The hotel rooms are small and had a very bad smell. No 5 star has it. Jacuzzi in the pool was not working. .Staff was nice. Turkish bath was a shower. This hotel is more like 3 star.

Posizione ottima, nel centro di anacapri e a pochi metri dalla fermata delle navette e dei taxi. Staff sia della reception che del ristorante gentile ed accogliente..complimenti! Ristorante con ottimi piatti e servizio impeccabile! Camera accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort, peccato per l’affaccio laterale e non sul passeggio o sulla piscina.

Definitely NOT a 5-star resort. Rooms are fine but very standard. Sheets dirty on arrival. Rooms average. Breakfast horrible. Good location in Anacapri pedestrian area but no help from hotel staff with luggage. The receptionist on arrival was lovely but the second was very unfriendly. Should be rated 4 star otherwise you will be disappointed.

The previous reviews are correct, this hotel is shocking and the staff are amongst the rudest people that I have ever encountered. The overall stay was substandard and certainly not 5 star. Whilst on the ferry back to the mainland I received a message to say that we had left some belongings in the room. When I replied to say that we hadn't they then sent a picture of our belongings that we know we had packed before leaving. I believe that the hotel staff had removed them from our luggage and planted them back into the room whilst they were holding our cases prior to our departure to create the impression that we were incapable of looking after our belongings. As soon as we arrived to our destination on the mainland we opened our cases to discover that the items that they said we had left were not the only things missing. They had stolen thousands of pounds of our possessions. It is a ruse which I am sure they have played out many times before. The manager is aggressive and I have no doubt to be involved in or certainly aware of the situation. Despite numerous attempts to reason with the hotel the staff just twist every bit of information to their favour and deny it all. If you have booked already then I would strongly suggest that you cancel, if you cant cancel then ensure that your valuables are kept under lock and key and take pictures of your belongings in your room as soon as you arrive. If you feel that you have had items stolen then make sure that you report this before you leave the island of Capri. I could not do this as we had already left and this has made it very difficult to progress our case. The items that they claim we had left were returned to the UK via DHL but before they could arrive with us the hotel had reclaimed the shipment and had it returned to them!! We have yet to see these items which I am sure can be added to stolen list. All of that said Capri is stunning and certainly worth a visit. Once you get off the tourist route you will find some really nice restaurants and great places to sit back and watch the world pass by.
