Very nice hotel, very clean, in a good location. It didn't have breakfast included like most of the other Hilton locations, but there's a Starbucks inside (albeit charging more than the already expensive Starbucks prices). The view was great! Unfortunately, Disney canceled the fireworks on our arrival, so we didn't get to see them from our room, but that's not a hotel issue.

There is OC bus very close to the hotel. We take it to Disney. $4 per trip. A bit expensive but cheaper than Uber. This hotel is clean and quiet.

I recently stayed at this Hilton and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the key system was down which meant we couldn’t get into our room for quite some time, and the lines to resolve this were excessive. The gift shop staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to my daughters when they tried to make a charge to our room, which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. On top of that, several advertised amenities were unavailable — the pool was closed for renovations and the Starbucks was also shut down. In the room itself, we dealt with ants and a malfunctioning AC unit, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. For a Hilton, I expected a much higher level of service and hospitality. This was not the standard I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties.

We usually stayed at other hotel near Disneyland, but this time we picked Hilton and it was great! Except for the pricing, location and service are good. There is a shop on the left of the main entrance, and we got all food and drinks in that little shop. Starbucks is also in the building but it was crowded. This hotel is also very close to convention center, and it was very convenient for people who go to trade shows. I will definitely come back if the price is reasonable.
