Nice clean and quiet room. Has all the basic amenities expected. 20 min walk to Disney downtown area.

The hotel is in convinent location. Walking distance to Disneyland.
The only thing I would like to say is the lift and taps, showers are old school style.
And Ghey charge for the parking.
I was told $22 by Trip.com but they charge me $26 plus tax.

The location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me.
If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access.
Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄
No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room.

ディズニーに遊びに行くために３泊しました。
ARTのバス停は敷地内で助かりました。
建物の見た目より室内は古く感じましたが清潔感はあります。カップ麺を夜食に食べようと思ったのですがお部屋でお湯を沸かす事ができなくてフロントにお願いしました。夜遅かったのにレストランでお湯を入れてもらえました。
