I made reservations for a trip to Anaheim/Disneyland and stayed at Sonesta. The customer service and cleanliness of our room made our experience great overall. The only problem we encountered was with the size of our beds. Although they were too small for our comfort, we still had a wonderful experience.
Pros: Bus to Disneyland picks you up in front of the resort.

First thing, they will surprise you with the $32/night parking fee. The shower was broken in my room. Front desk doesn’t answer phone calls. Had to change my room after one hour of reporting a broken shower.

The best thing of this hotel is people. The receptionists will always help you to find out a possible advise of your questions even if it is not about the hotel, but the tour.
This is the one that you cannot miss.

Was a great experience, easy walk within the area. Easy check in and out. Clean rooms and restrooms. Big clean pool and nice gym.
