Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North

I'm very disappointed. I stayed at this hotel last year around the same time with my family. We had a great time, and this year we absolutely wanted to stay here again, but unfortunately, things have changed a lot. Initially, we had major problems with the air conditioning. It couldn't cool the room. We asked for a room change, but the problem persisted. The room cleaning was truly terrible and superficial. We'd run out of toiletries or even toilet paper, and every time we'd have to ask for replacements ourselves, when the staff should be checking for any items that needed replacing. If hair or anything fell on the floor, it would be the same the next day. The beds were made only by pulling up the sheets, and once I found the pillows in the same condition I'd left them. In short, we never expected such a drop in quality from an Embassy Suite Hilton. Next time I come to Anaheim, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Affordable. Good breakfast.
