Rooms & Facilities: Guests frequently praise the spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms, often highlighting modern amenities such as heated pools, hot tubs, game rooms with foosball and ping pong, rooftop barbecues, and splash pads for children, creating a family-friendly environment.

The six of us were cancelled 7 days before our trip to Disneyland. WE were offered a place in Oceanside which is a 2 hour drive to Disneyland in rush hour traffic.

The convenience of the location cannot be beat. The Property is clean and well kept. It provided the space we needed for a family of five. What we didn't like is the fact that you have to walk outside of the building where you check in to access the elevators. What we didn't like is that there was no porter available to help us with our luggage so we had to load the trolley and push it up an incline into the garage to access the elevator. What I didn't like is having no choice regarding parking your vehicle; you must use their Valet service which, of course, has a fee. What we didn't like is that our room did not have a full kitchen. It had a sink, a microwave, and a mini fridge (no freezer). The other issue was the noise. From upstairs it sounded like everyone was wearing heavy boots while stomping, running, and jumping. Then there was the pipes in the wall. Every flush, every shower was heard from other rooms; upstairs as well as next door. What I personally didn't like is the fact that being so close to the parks you hear the fireworks at night and it sounds like a war taking place on the next street over: a lot of consecutive pops and booms. With that being said, the staff is great; helpful and very friendly. I found the neighborhood to be safe. There is a bus stop right at the driveway which would have been great if we didn't already have a vehicle. Even though this place has its shortcomings according to my specifications, I would stay here again knowing now what to expect.
