I specified through the app that I wanted 2 queen beds and a room away from the elevator, nevertheless thos didnt happened. I asked for another room and told me that was not available. Finally, the housekeeping is not nade everyday, I asked to clean the room and I was ignored and didnt do it. Even the location is perfect because is too close to the parks, this kind of things are dissapointing.

As oversees costumer, I expected better hospitality by the hotel since it is near big attraction point in the country. There was no complimentary water in the room. Dining area is small. They charge for parking (It is not free)
Housekeeping can put the magnet sticker of ‘do not disturb’ just to avoid cleaning the room for that day. When you ask why housekeeping didn’t clean the room they said the housekeeping manager said 8 rooms had ‘do not disturb’ magnetic sticker on the door which we didn’t put. They think people will believe such joke. They should see their cams to double check.
We arrive after long day in Disney and called them to do housekeeping they said we will do only half service (just replacing towels and removing trash).

We stayed here to go to Disneyland. It's conveniently located near the Mickey and Friends parking lot.

The hotel is very close to Disneyland, and you can see the fireworks from the room at night. The location is really good. I chose this hotel because they have a laundry room. The front desk staff are very patient and friendly. Please note that the hotel may be full, so we cannot check in early around 2:50 when we arrived, and we have to wait until 3 o'clock to get the room card. In addition, the room settings are quite old, and the light on the bathroom sink is broken. If you want to wash clothes, you need to buy the washing powder yourself. You can get it at the canteen and check it out at the front desk. It costs 2 dollars for a small box (the amount of clothes for one wash). There are 2 washing machines in the laundry room that are broken, so I waited a long time to wash clothes in the morning. In addition, the breakfast is really bad and there are few varieties. If you don’t have laundry or you can accept the hotel’s paid laundry/drying service, I personally recommend not to book this hotel.

The front desk Brianna was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pretty cute. The room was clean. Breakfast was nice. I will come back.
