Recepcionistas algumas não muito amigáveis. Café da manhã horrível, não tinha mesa, não tinha prato, não tinha talheres e não tinha o que comer. Tivemos que ficar numa fila grande pra ver o que sobrava. Tudo bem que foi 1 de janeiro, mas se propuseram a funcionar.
Bom do banheiro empossa água devido à queda do ralo.

Cafe da manhã com poucas opções, atendimento de quarto ruim, no primeiro dia da hospedagem eu tive que limpar a mesa para tomar café, pois esperei uns 10 minutos e não fui atendido, ainda faltou pratos e copos, também tive que pedir por diversas vezes a reposição. Quarto novo e confortável.

Tudo ruim. Check-in demorado. Check-out demorado. Café da manhã pessimo. Frutas cruas, cafe sem gosto, pao duro e etc. Restaurante atendimento péssimo. Tudo demorado, tinhamos que ficar atrás do atendimento. Pericia que estavam todos trabalhando sem vontade. Acomodação fedida.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, porém dois pontos negativos. 1° As recepcionistas da tarde não tem simpatia e cordialidade. O check-in foi extremamente demorado, parecia que não sabia o procedimento. Depois de muito aguardar, ela resolveu fazer manual. 2° O estacionamento é complicado pois se você parar na entrada do hotel, terá que dar a volta no quarteirão para entrar na garagem pois por onde entra é por onde sai e a rua não é via de mão dupla. Além disso dentro da garagem não tem sinalização para abertura do portão e as recepcionistas não se importaram em orientar. Você tem que descobrir sozinho. As vagas são mau divididas. Café da manhã simples sem muitas variedades. O ponto positivo vai para a garçonete do restaurante do jantar. Prestativa e simpática. Estava atendendo sozinha o jantar com sorriso no rosto. E para nossa surpresa já estava novamente no café da manhã com a mesma simpatia da noite.

Reserva mal especificada a respeito do tamanho do quarto, a qualidade do conforto oferecido nas classificações do mesmo, quarto para casal com apenas uma cadeira na mesa, janela com pouca vista para a cidade, excesso de claridade por conta de algumas lâmpadas da área exterma do hotel que incomodam para dormir, as cortinas não cumprem com sua função e a academia carece de equipamentos, mal dá para perceber que é uma academia, parece mais um quarto da bagunça.
