Tem q observar a quantidade de pessoas. Fechei para 3 pessoas. Quando cheguei lá, tinha 2 camas de solteiro. Tive que pagar mais 100,00 por uma cama a mais no quarto. Infelizmente tive esse imprevisto.

Não tinha shampoo e em plena pandemia o filtro do ar condicionado dava nojo de tanta sujeira. Já foi melhor. O café da manhã é sempre tumultuado, pois tem muitas empresas e eventos sempre no hotel.

A experiência foi incrível, estive na região à trabalho e confesso que me senti em casa, um licêncio, a comida é nota 10, sem falar de toda atenção de cada colaborador.
O único detalhe é o chuveiro que saia pouca água e demorava muito para esquentar. Nada demais comparado ao aconchego e atenção. Super indico e voltarei em breve.

Bom, porém a parte da piscina deixou a desejar. A piscina estava fria e suja e não limpam as cadeiras e não ascedem as luzes. O bar não funciona. O Controle e a televisão da academia não funcionam.

A comida do restaurante em almoço e jantar é ótima, quarto confortável, chuveiro muito bom. A limpeza poderia ser bem melhor, vivo achando cabelo no banheiro e na cama; roupas de cama e cobertor manchados e furados; serviço da recepção é sofrível; café (preto) parece ser requentado de tão ruim!

Fico hospedada porque é o hotel conveniado do campeonato do meu filho na cidade, mas se pudesse, escolheria outro. Reservei um quarto triplo e paguei com antecedência. Ao fazer checkin, a recepção teve dificuldade em me dar um quarto. E ainda me deram um quarto duplo e só depois foram montar a terceira cama. Estava cansada e nao pude descansar assim que cheguei, porque precisava esperar pela cama. No dia seguinte, esqueceram de deixar a terceira toalha. Quando liguei para a recepção, nao atenderam a ligação, sendo que o hotel é reconhecido por diversos amigos hospedes por nao atender o telefone na recepção. Tive de descer para pedir a toalha que faltava. Atendimento muito ruim, falta de processos e má vontade quando o hotel está cheio.
