We arrived at the the resort April 20th for our son’s wedding to his love. Our every imagined need or desire was granted even without asking. The grounds are the loveliest we had ever seen. The room over the lagoon was breathtaking & comfortable as our home for the next few days. Golf cart Ubers were appreciated. The food was exotic & unforgettable. The staff is always helpful & enjoyable. The hotel provided the most beautiful romantic wedding on the motu. The reception & entertainment was over the top of any expectations. We’ll return & bring more family. Thank you for the lovely Polynesian hospitality. Mauru roo.

One of the greatest experiences we've had in our world travels over the years. The Four Seasons Bora-Bora experience was everything we hoped and anticipated. Can't adequately describe the beauty of the location coupled with the world-class accommodations and amenities. The Four Seasons resort was better than advertised We could have stayed right in the resort's fascinatingly beautiful lagoon and been more than fulfilled. The staff were simply lovely and professional. We'll be back again, sooner than later. Highest recommendation.

Truly a visit to "paradise". It has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth and we have traveled to many countries and exotic resorts. The various colors of the water is the lagoon is nothing shy of amazing. We have been there three (3) times and it just gets more beautiful. The overwater bungalows with pool are very spacious, comfortable, and private. The resort offers a great variety of restaurants and activities of all kinds. Every member of the staff (office, housekeeping, restaurant, etc.) are gracious and so very pleasant. They all seem to enjoy their jobs but maybe that's because they live and work in paradise. The service level at the Four Seasons Bora Bora is impeccable - truly 1st class!

The biggest issue that needs to be fixed here as soon as possible is the WiFi speed. It is atrocious. Very very slow. We called the reception and they said they get the internet from a 3rd party and there was nothing they could do. I mean the speed for a 5 star resort is embarrassingly slow. At the resort Le Pearl the speed is very fast and no problem browsing the internet or watching videos. I think for everyone who resides at your resort this is one of the top priorities and I think I wouldn’t return here because of it. You need to fix this asap and have at least similar speeds as the other resorts who are rated lower than you. Thank you for reading this and if you ever fix this issue please let me know.

It's hard to top a vacation here. The staff, rooms, amenities and location are all exceptional – particularly the resort's unique position overlooking the iconic silhouette of Mount Otemanu, far superior to the views offered by neighboring hotels. The bungalows are elegant and very thoughtfully designed. We would highly recommend a stay here for a lifetime experience.
