The room is comfortable and sanitary, the environment is very good, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast is also good. We participated in the short rainforest tour provided by the hotel, and saw the unique flora and fauna of the rainforest, such as different kinds of butterflies, frogs, and sloths, which are very cute! What an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at Marriott Panama was truly an exceptional stay. We were graciously given early check in which was a treat for us as we had been up and traveling for over 10hours. Checking in was easy and smooth with the exceptional assistance of Ashley at the front desk, she spoke fluent English and was able to answer all our queries about the location, and was wonderful in recognizing that it was my birthday. Ashley made it feel even more special when I received a birthday treat in my room, a small gesture that me truly feel welcomed!. The rooftop pool and bar which was also enjoyed by my husband and I was very relaxing and inviting after days of touring and walking. Breakfast buffet was an absolute delight, served hot every morning and quite a variety, we'll enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel, location, close enough to everything and surrounded by the Albrook mall was an added pleasure with hundreds of stores and a variety of food establishments both local and American. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and special Thanks to Ashley for starting it and ending it on the perfect note!.

Location was perfect, front desk was exceptionally fast and friendly for checking in, checking out and helping me with with printing, transportation service from the PTY airport and back was fast, secure and comfortable, the servers at the restaurants were very attentive, and I was extremely grateful how the front desk personnel called me and arrange to get to me what I left behind in my room. They took really good care of me!!

Temporarily intent to live for one day. The location is nearly 20 kilometers away from the airport. This time, Panama needs to remind everyone that when you check-in, you will be asked why you are going to Panama, and you will be required to show the ticket and the domestic accommodation certificate. At that time, I thought that I needed a yellow book when I bought a ticket on Ctrip. Therefore, I only bought the flight ticket and did not buy the flight ticket from the country. As a result, I was not allowed to board the plane when I checked in. I said that there are regulations. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip SOS customer service urgently and asked for a flight ticket from Panama to Canada, which was completed within one hour, because it was only one hour away from the boarding time. Finally, through Ctrip English customer service and Panama Airlines, they finally agreed to register. The Yellow Book did not ask, a false alarm. After arriving in the Panamanian state, don't stay for 15 minutes when entering the customs to confirm whether there is any suspicion of staying in the country.

We spent two nights at The Beach House. Our 3rd-floor room had floor-to-ceiling windows that looked onto the marina and the bay. The views of the Amador and the city were beautiful from both our room and our balcony. It was great having both a fridge and coffee maker in the room since we had to leave before they served breakfast both days we stayed. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. When we stayed there the nature park next door was closed due to covid, and the swimming pool was being maintained. However, when we arrived early due to an overnight flight, they let us check into our room as soon as it was available. We were so grateful! They also kept our luggage for the day after we checked out so that we could go to Tobaga Island before departing on the next part of our journey. I felt like they were very thoughtful and accommodating. This hotel is a great choice.
