la seule chose qui était positif c'est que l'ascenseur fonctionnait. chambre pas nette, éclairage à majeure partie en panne , détecteur de fumée arraché, douche veillotte et pas nette, une coulée indéfinie sur la porte de la salle de douche, avons du demander des essuies pour la salle bain, et au soir en revenant ni la chambre ni le lit étaient faits, trou et brulures de cigarette dans la literie. Ah oui le matelas ( recouvert d'un plastic) était bon.

Bonjour
Rapport qualité pas fameux.
Trop cher pour ce type d’hôtel pas de confort chambre petite.
Salon de bain pas terrible petites serviettes de bain fournies.
Vraiment il faudra rappeler les responsables de cet hôtel afin qu’ils revoient tous le mobilier la salle de bain les serviettes de bain, la vétusté des prises électriques et du chauffage.
Ils doivent tous réviser et réparer.
Et baiser les prix.
Il faudra absolument remettre cet hôtel au norme avant que votre société continue de travailler et de vendre leur service.
Je suis obligée de vous informer, je ne souhaite pas que vous arrêtez votre collaboration.

The beds were not dubbed, and the heating was only turned on once out of the 3 nights I was in the hotel.

Desastreous !.
Bed with only sheet cover with no blanket cover.
Cold room with no standard heating,
No bureau table nor chair,
No bath towel provided,
No breakfast service,
Old décoration, with used floor and wall finish which needs doing up again,
Stuborn impolite staff, incompetent to take comments and complaints,
Very expendive 2 star hotel, around 200 % for 2 nights including taxes, with out parkings .

Cet hôtel ne devrais pas rester ouvert! il est insalubre et dangereux!, radiateur posés au sol branché sur multiprise, électricité non conforme et cassée, détecteur de fumée obstrué dans une chambre absent dans l'autre chambre. Menteur sur la vérification des chambre. A FUIR!!!!!!!!
