The location is very good. Just one block away from the train station so you can go to other cities very easily. The room has everything you need.

Great location with easy access to the metro, trains, and buses. The staff is friendly, and the room is suitable for one adult and a child. Downsides: The bathroom is very basic, with only one shower gel for both body and hair (which isn't enough), and too few towels for several days. There's no daily cleaning; they only clean once during your entire stay if you request it. Breakfast offers limited variety. For the price (120€ per night), it doesn't meet even basic standards for hygiene and services. I would not return.

Rooms are well lit and have natural light as well, spacious for 2 people and clean. The breakfast had good spread with few new things chancing daily also you can make your own waffle. The location was good to take day trips

Breakfast: Very good, simple and healthy, appropriate food to start a day. Room: Clean and Organized, FYI: heater and aircon of the room is operated by the front desk so make sure to check it they turn it on otherwise, like me, im freezing for 2 hours when i asked them why my room is cold 😅. Staffs: they are all nice and accommodating. Just ask them anything if you need something to know. AND its a BIG PLUS they know how to convo in English! BRAVO! what i like is there is a kitchenette and coffee machine and electric kettle. I just hope that they will have a free cleaning in the room in a minimum stay or a broom and dustpan in the room. Because I stay for a week so 1 week no sweeping the floor all i can do is wipe the floor with tissue. or the towel they provide. I COMMEND one guy(bald white) sorry for my description, 😅he is really attentive to serve the breakfast. Great service! Keep it up appart city!

Great hotel with all amenities, staffs are helpful. You can cook in the room because there’re lots of kitchen appliances especially dish washer machine. Location is great and walkable, just 400meters from train station.

We stranded in Brussels because our Eurostar broke down. I have stayed in this hotel before, so quickly booked the last 2 rooms. Staff was very friendly and understood the Eurostar issues. Hotel/rooms are very clean and comfortable and very good and diverse breakfast.

The hotel is very clean. Staff is very kind and nice. There are train, subway, and tram stations nearby the hotel. However, the area which the hotel is located is a bit scary for solo travelers. Better to not walking around in the dark.

I made 4 reservations. And one of them they gave me room 107, that is the room for people with disabilities. The room was completely different from what is in the pictures. I asked to change the room for the second night and the receptionist told me that the cleaner didn't want to clean two rooms and that I couldn't change it. At night I tried again and they told me to speak with the manager the next day, I insisted and they said that I should have said something in the morning, I told him that I said it. And after a long discussion they gave me a normal room.

The room was clean enough and the hotel very near to the train station. Staff are nice

Good location friendly staff good breakfast

Room was clean and simple, but efficient. Breakfast fairly expensive (19 euros) and unfortunately on my visit the staff was busy, so it was hard to get cutlery and plates. Receptionists were lovely and always tried to help the kitchen staff. Great location overall, especially if you're coming with Eurostar into Gare du Midi
