It is very close to the subway and train station, and not too far from the attractions. The room is clean, the service staff is very friendly, and you can borrow luggage in the basement. Except for the room lights being a bit dim, everything else is good!

It's comfortable and fun because the family can stay together and use separate beds. It was nice to be able to borrow an umbrella. I was very satisfied except that the neighborhood was a bit uneasy.

Located near the Bruxelle-Midi train station. However, one of the female staff is kind of rude when they know that we are Asians and went to serve other Eurasians. Only after knowing we are from Singapore then the other guy served us nicely

The hotel is very good and highly recommended. It is especially suitable for families with children. The rooms are fully equipped and each room has a comic theme, especially cartoons. Children will definitely like it...

Malgré un environnement peu avantageux (rues Sales, détritus), l hôtel yooma est superbement décoré sur le thème de la BD. Les chambres ont toute une thématique differente ( pour nous Valerian) et sont particulièrement astucieuses pour une famille de 5. A noter, un rooftop avec coin repas et micro ondes, une salle de lecture, une salle de ciné 2 salles de jeu, BD et jeux de société à volonté.... la salle de restaurant est aussi très bien décoré et présente un buffet aux choix très variés que ce soit le matin, le midi ou le soir. Par dessus tout, la sympathie et le sens du service du personnel vous font passer un très bon séjour. A recommander.

Stayed at this hotel with my family and had an amazing time. The staff were amazing especially Eddie and Mohammad. I thoroughly recommend this hotel the children had an amazing time and great location. Food was great and WiFi was great and kids loved the games room.
