Located near the Bruxelle-Midi train station. However, one of the female staff is kind of rude when they know that we are Asians and went to serve other Eurasians. Only after knowing we are from Singapore then the other guy served us nicely

It is very close to the subway and train station, and not too far from the attractions. The room is clean, the service staff is very friendly, and you can borrow luggage in the basement. Except for the room lights being a bit dim, everything else is good!

It's comfortable and fun because the family can stay together and use separate beds. It was nice to be able to borrow an umbrella. I was very satisfied except that the neighborhood was a bit uneasy.

The hotel was clean and the location was great as you could walk to major tourist attractions in about 20-30 minutes. However, I thought it would be unsafe to walk around alone late at night because the area is where many immigrants live.

The hotel is very good and highly recommended. It is especially suitable for families with children. The rooms are fully equipped and each room has a comic theme, especially cartoons. Children will definitely like it...

The room is well designed, clean and conveniently located

Located in the city center, it is very convenient to go to different places, and there are also different restaurants and shops nearby. The transportation in and out is also very convenient for tourists, and it is highly recommended to different tourists. 

Very unique, quirky property , marketed to suit families with younger kids . Easy walk to Brussels Midi station , so it suited us . Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Would best suit young families, but was fine for a few nights with our adult kids .

We took a family room for 4, it was really huge and convenient room and my kids loved the design and the bed. Very friendly and helpful staff, around 7min walk to Midi station and around 10-15 min to walk to the old center

We had a great time in Brussels! The hotel room was very comfortable. My 3 teens enjoyed their bunkbeds. Everything was better than expected.

Loved the space for the kids. Fantastic staff and very family friendly! This hotel was great, walked half a mile to a laundry mat while there.

The room was very spacious. The area wasn’t bad as the reviews said. The staff was friendly. The hotel was very busy. It does get loud at night. The hotel was clean. All areas were clean. Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t friendly for people in wheelchairs and it was difficult for us since we have a child in a wheelchair. There was a super cute playroom. The place is very family friendly. I would skip the food. It wasn’t good. Overall, I would recommend this place to families . I would not recommend for families with people in wheelchairs. The parking was great! We rented a car and parked all nights there.

We stayed two nights and it was extremely noisy both nights. We are not people that complain, but after two hours of constant partying from across our window we complained at 11pm. The partying didn’t stop until after 12am, even after we were told the issue would be fixed. That was the first night. The second night young adults were running up and down stairs, jumping and yelling in the hallways from 9pm-12am. We didn’t bother complaining about this disturbance until checking out of the hotel. The staff person didn’t offer a remedy for the disturbances we experienced both nights. It would have been nice to receive a discount off of my bill. I would not stay at this hotel again.
