This was a nice hotel. VERY CLEAN! The room was spacious and CLEAN! We had a nice view to the river. Service was wonderful and breakfast amazing. We had a wonderful stay.
One small thing that would upgrade the experience is better pillows (or more than one pillow) and maybe one extra armchair in the room. Also, we did not find any tea and coffee making options in the room – only a minibar – some free coffee and tea option would have made our day (especially since it was a cold winter day).
BUT overall - This was a great hotel!

Fantastic gem in Andernach centre. The staff was very nice and serviceminded. You felt they would always go the extra mile for you as a guest. One outstanding thing with this hotel was the cleaning standard, it was one of the best cleaned hotels I have ever visited and this makes a massive difference for the experience and then it is less important that the furniture and carpets may seem slightly dated.

Erst mal das große Plus des Hotels ist die tolle Lage am Rhein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und einem grandiosen Rheinblick. Auch der wunderschöne Garten ist positiv zu erwähnen. Die Strasse verläuft hinter dem Hotel, daher hört man vom Zimmer aus nur die Schiffe und die Bahn auf der anderen Rheinseite. Das Badezimmer hat eine gute Größe. Auch endlich mal eine Hoteldusche, die nicht das Bad unter Wasser setzt. Das Zimmer ist von der Größe ok. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Danke an die immer fröhliche "Frühstücksfee". Auch auf unsere Sonderwünsche bezüglich laktosefreier Milch und Haferdrink wurde unkompliziert eingegangen. Brötchen und Kaffee sind sehr gut. Ansonsten halt das Übliche. Das Hotel hat ein Restaurant mit Terrasse. Coronabedingt war die Karte klein. Fazit tolle Lage, sauber, Essen gut und alle sehr nett.
