As you can see, the breakfast was unbelievably the worst I've ever seen!!! An as for the room? I had to ask for things that was said comes in the room. Bottom line is; The price for a room is way to much. Talk about; GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR, AN I DIDN'T EVEN GET THAT MUCH!!!

Absolutely awful, if I could give a worse rating I would. The room was beyond gross, bed sham was stained and ripped up. Other people’s hair was still all over the bedding and towels. The floor looked like it hadn’t be swept in ages and felt gross. Shower curtain was stained and the tub hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet wasn’t even sitting right and was not clean. Get what you pay for I guess, but I’ll never stay here again.

When we got in at midnight after a long day of travel with our three kids (5, 5, and 7) the 1st room they sent us to was already occupied and the only way we knew this was we opened the door which luckily had the swinging security lock on it. Mind you, we called the hotel directly at 7pm after we got off of the plane and informed them that we would be there around midnight. I’m not sure what sort of system they are running, but they didn’t know the room was occupied. We were then sent to a 2nd room which had food crumbs in the sheets, missing pillows and the sheets and bed covers had blood on them that they attempted to wash out, but obviously not well. We then asked to be switched and the room we ended up in had missing floor boards, baseboard were not attached to the wall and what originally looked like a bad "mud" job on the shower tile, was actually an attempt to cover a shower full of mold. Additionally, while the hotel had signs stating that the side entrances were secure and locked, none of the latches worked and the building was fully open to anyone who wanted to come in. It was just a very poorly run and unprofessional establishment and we are not happy with the level of service and accommodations that were provided for a hotel costing $150 a night. This was by far the worst hotel that I or my family has stayed at.

If I had paid $40/night it would have been expected but I was enjoying eclipse pricing so $120/night for a room with stained mattress pads and a bad odor wasn't fun. I'm not picky but if you really need a clean modern room you should look for another place.

No breakfast. Breakfast area cluttered with boxes and family items. Children's bikes etc. Someone(I'd guess a lot of people) obviously live here. To get to your room it feels like you're walking through their living room not a lobby.

The rooms were very dirty, whole hotel smells very weird. the carpets were ripped up and falling off the baseboard, The shower made a loud screeching sound when you used the hot water. The tub it’s self was stained and moldy, The sheets were dirty, & there is no hot breakfast, it consisted of stale muffins & apples with coffee. Was told i couldn’t get more towels and wash cloths bc they said “they don’t do that” the pictures do not at all look like what the rooms actually look like. Also there was no locks on any of the doors leading outside. the worst part is on the last night of our stay 3 men were trying to get into our door at 11 pm at night. turns ou the manager was trying to check them into my room even tho he had me checked in that same room already. i was terrified as i had no clue who was trying to get into my room at first. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.

Rude with horrible customer service and no basic people skills. Also illiterate and unable to properly communicate or be truthful to customers. And those are their good qualities.
