Room layout is good, but what a mess. Carpet had not been vacuumed (debris everywhere and a pair of sunglasses left on the floor), dried goop on the light switch entering the room, and hair left in the sink and shower. Requested the room to be cleaned while I was gone the next day and nothing was done except making the bed. They transferred me to a different room. Also, in a hotel not near filled I was initially given a room looking straight at the back of a building facade wall. After I checked out I was phoned that I had left a laptop and other items in my room. I had them all with me. Overall, a disorganized disaster.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our mini vacation. Seth at the front desk was very polite and quick to get us checked in. Quite a selection for breakfast too. Would stay here again if we're ever in Anderson Indiana again.

Good location, clean , comfortable bed.
Only issue was checking in given a horrible room allocation refused to change as we had booked with *******.
******* was made aware of this issue and very supportive.
When booking make sure you put in your preferred request.

No hot water in our suite and no refund allowed! The managers are rude and not concerned with any room problems. As we left, without a shower, other customers told us about all their problems with no hot water. Many stated holes in walls, dirty carpets, stained walls.

We had an exceptional overnight stay at this hotel with our family. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the staff's hospitality exceeded our expectations. The amenities were fantastic, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool. The hotel's central location made visiting with family and exploring the city convenient. Overall, a memorable experience that deserves a solid 5 stars.

2 of 3 rooms we were put in had no hot water. I made sure before moving our items. Very frustrating . I tried to contact General Manager - Evelyn Gonzalez but she would not talk to me . I guess she could care less about making a customer happy. Tisha B Did try and help the best she could
