The room was clean and comfortable.The whole place is quiet, safe and clean.I liked the hardwood flooring. All ofthe staff were helpful. The spa was great ,we really enjoyed our massages.
Biggest disappointment was the hot tub was a luke warm temperature so we didn't use it, we were really looking forward to a hot tub in the cold weather. The room was lacking a few little things like a hook to hang the hand towel. Also our room didn't come with a don't disturb sign witch we didn't think of till the morning when housekeeping was pounding at our door.

This is not some "spa" hotel. Don't be fooled by the photos. I had to move rooms 3 times due to pet pee smell & mold in 2 of the bathrooms. The property is dated. Stains on carpet and furniture. Scuffed & dirty walls. Average bedding. It gets to job done, but it's nothing pretty.

What a find 10 miles south of Redding. Rates very reasonable with plus of good restaurant on site. All staff very friendly and helpful. Will be our go to in this area.

Wild turkeys walk through the property in the early morning. It is such a beautiful location right on the Sacramento River. It is a rare treat to see wildlife so close.
