We absolutely loved the customer service and the room itself however I have a hold on my DEBIT card of over $700 when the reality is this room costed signifcantly less than that . This is not fair or okay. I spoke with employees at the hotel and they said they could not do anything as their supervisor was off for the weekend. They were told to tell me that this amount would "fall off" but it has now been since Sunday and nothing has changed.
