Les photos datent de plusieurs années. Le parking n'est pas du tout fermé et ressemble plutôt à une poubelle. Tous les communs sont fermés. L'accueil n'est ouvert que quelques heures...
On est bien loin des descriptions sur le site !

Ein Stern ist zuviel. Unterkunft absolut runtergekommen und dreckig. Waschbecken und Badewanne waren kaputt, Schrank ist dieser Kochecke hing... Zimmer waren auch nicht sonderlich sauber. Lediglich das Bett was sauber, aber hart, wie ein Brett. Ich denke, dass da Menschen dauernd und gemeldet drin leben, da einige morgens Post bekommen und abgeholt haben. Meines Erachtens nach wird das Objekt teilweise als Flüchtlingsunterkunft genutzt. Was ja nicht schlimm ist. Nur sollte der Betreiber sich entweder für das ein oder andere entscheiden. Beides funktioniert auf Dauer nicht. Und die Unterkunft, egal für welche Zielgruppe, müsste komplett saniert werden.

This hotel is surrounded with bushes and it’s very far from the central of Paris it is located in the county side and feels very unsafe to live in. If you have young children and don’t speak French then DONT COME. The style is more like a low grade cheap apar**ent than a hotel room. The Wi-Fi is bad and doesn’t work there is no fan or ac and the area is cramped. WORST HOTEL EVER.

J'aurais dû lire les avis avant de réserver cette résidence. Déjà pour la trouver, c'est le parcours du combattant, elle est au fond d'une za, parking non éclairé, des carcasses de voitures abandonnées, des espaces verts laissés à l'abandon, ça n'est pas très engageant dès l'entrée. Les prestations sont très loin du descriptif, on est plus proche d'un foyer sonacotra que d'une résidence hôtelière ! Odeur de cuisine dans les communs, isolation phonique entre les appartements extrêmement défaillante, kitchenette minimaliste, propreté douteuse. Heureusement je n'ai réservé qu'une seule nuit.
