L'accueil chaleureux du personnel, son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance et ses attentions ont été le soleil qui nous a fait défaut pendant notre séjour de 9 jours; les chambres et la literie au top; l'emplacement sur la route des vins et à proximité de Strasbourg et Colmar sont des atouts ainsi que les randonnées dans la foret vosgienne autour des châteaux. Excellent séjour malgré le mauvais temps et mention spéciale aux rapports humains de toute l'équipe que nous remercions vivement.

Despite an advantageous price we remain relatively disappointed; the bathroom chipped, the lamps at the headboards broken, a breakfast where we had to queue with products that were not very fresh, particularly cold meats with an unappealing color. We came across the Hotel Le Kastelberg by chance as we were looking for a room for 3 adults. We were offered the "suite" with a balcony and a view of the vineyards. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, which offered plenty of space for 3 people. The rooms are pleasantly designed and offer space and comfort. The double bed is of great quality and the pull-out sofa was also comfortable. The breakfast buffet is of good quality and varied, the restaurant is modern and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend the Kastelberg without hesitation. Our stay was great!
