It's nothing more or less than an old house experience. It's been a while since I slept on the floor, and my bones hurt. It's a good idea to go when the season is good. It's a bit like that in winter.

The old house experience was truly healing in itself. Some rooms have an internal toilet and shower room, and the condition of each room was satisfactory.

It was nice to be able to fully experience the quiet, beautiful, and elegant Hanok during my weekday visit. However, it was disappointing that there was too little consideration for customers compared to the price. There wasn't even a bottle of water ready, and there wasn't even a single disposable cup. If you pay a little more attention to this part, I recommend staying for about a day. It was a new experience that I was not familiar with.

Both Andong Steamed Chicken Alley and Wolyeonggyo Bridge are within 20 minutes by car. I spent a night enjoying the quiet scenery. The floor was hot, so all the fatigue from the cold was relieved. Sangdeokjae was good for 5 adults. It was convenient because there was also a bathroom with a toilet. The hot water is good and the bathroom is clean. Chiam Old House was also nice to take a leisurely walk and look around. The restaurant information posted on the gate was also useful.

It was my second trip to Andong with my friend in 10 years, and the Chiam old house was a great deal. Last time I stayed in Andong Hahoe Village, but it was a pity that it took too long to get there. Chiam Old House is also close to Andong Station/Market (5-10 minutes by taxi), and the atmosphere was so peaceful. In particular, if you stay in the Hodojae Room, you can use the table space on the floor, and it was so nice to be able to talk with your party while looking down at the yard. Since it was an old house, the room size was small, but it was not very inconvenient. Of course, they are very small. It can be a bit inconvenient for a long stay, but if you have the time, I recommend staying for a day.

The accommodation was clean, and the atmosphere of the old house was very nice. However, it would have been nice to have a mattress instead of a bed. I slept on a thin blanket, but the floor was so hard that I couldn't sleep well. Moreover, the room next door was loud and talking until 1am, so it wasn't a place to rest.

I was grateful that the historic old house, which was almost submerged by Andong Dam, still remains - although it is not without the inconveniences of a hanok. I rested comfortably for a night in a simmering hot Hanok room. It was a very thankful and meaningful day to hear and learn about the precious origin and meaning of Chiam Old House along with the charm of Hanok at an old house stay run by the descendants of Toegye Lee Hwang from the owner of the old house, Lee Dong-su, the great-grandson of Mr. Lee Hwang. I hope that the precious history and old houses will be well preserved and celebrated with the new generation.

Recommended only for going because I want to feel the atmosphere of an old house The accommodation is vulnerable to noise, but the manager does not provide instructions. It is a style that is generally neglected, and the claim response is not professional. And insects are supposed to do that, but it is dangerous because there are many wasps during the day, whether the wasp nest is near the roof. It's nice to have a room with a bathroom attached. There is mold and mold smell inside the bathroom, so it is not recommended. I think it's an accommodation that is not managed in detail and is roughly managed. Rather, I recommend taking a bed and breakfast in Andong Hahoe Village.

It was an impressive night in a traditional old house with a long history. It's a traditional house, so it's a bit small and uncomfortable, but I liked the clean and quiet atmosphere. The owners were also kind.

The form of residence of our ancestors was also unique, and the well-kept garden and neat yard seem to be great for families, friends, or to stay alone. However, the only regret is that there is not much to eat around and the tiles in the shower room can become slippery after showering, so you have to be careful when using it.

There are some inconveniences because it's an old house, but the bedding was clean and the bathroom was okay, but it was too noisy and there was no bottled water, so you had to request it. There was no coffee or tea bag tea in the basic room, and the lady seemed a bit annoyed, so I don't want to go back.
