A perfect hotel to be surrounded by nature throughout the center of Andorra. A place of total luxury.

Vacances ❘ Couple Après avoir regardé avec attention les avis j'ai hésité à réserver. Certain parlent de vue pas très sympa, et ou de baignoire HS. Je me suis finalement décidée, dès que la réservation a été faite, j'ai pris le soin d'écrire à l'hôtel pour faire part de mes inquiétudes concernant notamment la vue. Un retour m'a été fait me confirmant que la chambre réservé était bien vue sur jardin et que tout serait en fonction dans la chambre lors de notre arrivée ! En photo notre vue...et combo nous avions la baignoires balnéo HS......Il me semble que vérifier l'état de ce genre d'équipement est le minimum attendu pour un 5 étoiles. Les gens réservent cet hôtel pour la vue et les options nous n'avons rien eu de tout ça....pourtant le prix de la chambre lui était la! J'ai, lors de notre retour fait un courrier pour exprimer mon mécontentent, on me propose 20% sur un futur séjour....... Ce n'est pas du tout le geste attendu, vous êtes mécontent on vous demander de venir redépenser de l'argent pour en économiser sachant qu'il est peu probable de repasser par l'Andorre prochainement il n'est a pas grand risque à offrir 20% De plus on m'indique que cette vue et sous réserve, ok mais le prix est le même pour toutes? Même si cela a été confirmé par mail, ce n'était finalement plus disponible.... très bien, m'a t'on averti? Non Une proposition d'une autre chambre? non Une réduction sur la chambre? non En gros nos sommes déçu non seulement de la prestation mais aussi de la prise en charge de la réclamation.

Отличный отель в столицы небольшого княжества Андорра. Останавливался на одну ночь и остался доволен. Находится на возвышении и из номера открывается шикарный вид на город и окрестности. При отеле есть подземный паркинг, неплохой ресторан, спа и тренажерный зал.

Accueil plutôt froid en raison d'une erreur de réservation de ma part.
Nouvelle réservation sur le moment. Attribution d'une chambre avec Salle de bain pour personnes à mobilité réduite : WC juste à côté de la douche sans séparation donc mouillés, pas de porte de douche...
Probablement très bien pour les personnes en ayant besoin, mais peu agréable et surtout sans nous avoir informé du type de chambre attribuée.
Indigne d'un 5 étoiles .
Mais piscine ,Spa et salle de sport top.
Petit déjeuné très correct.
Donc staff d'accueil peu sympathique .

Très bon hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et le personnel est très accueillant. Octobre 2017 première expérience dans cette hôtel. le spa est propre et bien entretenu et le jacuzzi dans la chambre fonctionne très bien c'est le kiff total pour moi et ma compagne. Septembre 2019: le spa était fermé pour travaux et le jacuzzi dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. On se dit pas de bol on reviendra quand même. Retour en mai 2024 le jacuzzi dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas (malgré l'avoir dit de suite à la réception) Quand au spa il est bien ouvert mais pas du tout entretenu à mon goût. ( toute les faïences qui se décollent dans le hammam et le plafond de la piscine est en très mauvais état). Au départ j'ai choisi cette chambre pour son jacuzzi et cet hôtel pour son espace détente mais malheureusement ces critères ne sont plus au rendez vous. Dommage.

El hotel está ubicado en un sitio privilegiado, a un paso del centro, con unas vistas inmejorables, pero nada más. Nuestra habitación tenía una gran terraza y era muy espaciosa, pero le faltaba cariño, decoraciòn, algo. Hasta los cojines de los sillones exteriores tenían moho. Una habitación fria, que bien podía ser la tipica habitación de un 4 estrellas al lado de un aeropuerto. El desayuno muy muy escaso, por ser un 5. Cenamos dos veces y la verdad es que todo fue muy bueno. El personal tampoco fue lo que yo esperaba. Hubieron graves errores en la habitación que sì que subsanaron, y esto me pareció correcto. Corregir los errores es de sabio, y de verdad que no os evalùo por esto, pero sì, porque no me quedò un buen sabor de boca con la estancia. De ninguna manera quiero desmerecer este hotel, al cintrario, lo digo para que lo tengan en cuenta, porque tener un emplazamiento como este, en el centro, en medio del verde y cin unas vistas de escándalo, no lo tiene todo el mundo. Tenéis un enclave de lujo, y con muy poco, podríais hacer de vuestro hotel un pequeño paraiso.

Everything you'd expect in a luxury hotel. The room was a knock-out. Huge, well-appointed, great mountain views. La Pergola, the hotel restaurant, was excellent, as was the included breakfast. Great gym; attentive, friendly staff. Special thanks to David at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
