這個酒店很不好，我住宿前幾天就告知他們，護照及信用卡被盜，行程必須改變，情況特殊需要取消預訂，申請退款。直到攜程客服電話找他們，仍然不同意退款。太不通人情！

Cela fait plusieurs années que je vais en Andorre et 3 fois au Novotel.
La qualité de l’hotel et du service a baissé.
Le 2eme lit de la chambre est un canapé lit de mauvaise qualité. Mes enfants avaient la tête en bas, il était affaissé. Ils se sont cognés tous les jours aux armatures métalliques du lit. Le matelas est de mauvaise qualité.
J’ai demandé à 2 reprises à l’acceuil de leur remplacer la couverture par une couette, car ma fille est allergique. Ils ne l’on jamais fait.
Il manquait du papier toilette tous les jours.
De plus le prix du parking à augmenté à 26€ par jour.
Bref, je n’u retournerai plus.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Typical old Novotel in a city center. Centrally located with great breakfast but rooms, in particularly bathroom and toilet are no up to date. The spa center is small and nice but located in Mercure, this way you have to cross the road😜. Terrible wine for a welcome drink.
