One of the two best hotels in Andorra City, with a rich breakfast, comfortable rooms, and a modern and elegant lobby. It is in the city center and you can get anywhere in the city in just ten or twenty minutes.

The deluxe triple room I booked lacked a double bed. There was a sofa but no quilt. I asked for it three times. Sometimes I was given a blanket, sometimes a quilt without a quilt cover. Finally, I was given a sheet. I didn't sleep well at all.

Augustina on front desk was really helpful and nice to all our requests. I recommend the hotel. Lovely and comfortable beds so I slept so good, probably best in year 2024. Spa is ok and kids enjoy it. Restaurant in Livy has great burgers and staff is really nice and helpful.

Desde hace más de un año descanso en este hotel cada mes, cuando viajo a Andorra por trabajo. La atención de su personal destaca incluso por encima de las bonitas y cómodas instalaciones del hotel. J'ai passé un week-end absolument parfait. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Les conditions étaient tout simplement excellentes, de la propreté irréprochable des chambres à la qualité des équipements mis à notre disposition. Chaque détail était soigné, rendant notre séjour exceptionnel à tous égards. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Nous reviendrons certainement !
