This was our saving grace! We tried a few other hotels in odessa an we left immediately! But here ! we was welcomed with a smile! Stephanie was amazing! Pool was nice n warm n hott tub was roomy! Thank you! We will come back!

It was good, room was a little dirty but beds were comfortable. Carpet was dirty and walls needed to be repainted.

This property used to be great but it seems like management may have changed. The hotel was dirty and didn't seem cared for on my last stay. The carpets were dirty and stained, doors didn't work, no ice in the ice machine, marks on the walls, and the bedding was dingy. However, the beds were comfortable and they offer good breakfast options.

We had an amazing stay. The front desk manager, Stephanie, went over and beyond for every guest to include us. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was wonderful and Stephanie assisted us when a family emergency made us leave a day early. This is the only place we will stay when visiting Andrews, TX.

All staff I encountered was superb. From the prearrival call from Destiny and the check in process with Kobe I was impressed with their customer service skills! Upon the morning of my departure I was met with the manager and came to the conclusion that the staff were passionate about the experience they gave their guests. With that being said I extended my stay an additional night. I would recommend the property just based off my experience with the staff! I also liked the note that was left in room, the extra mile makes a difference. Great hospitality all the way around.
