I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay.
The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. This is our 2nd time, they’re very accommodating, even gave us welcome back cookies and welcome drinks. They always go above and beyond.

For the price its a good hotel however their plumbing is bad. The odor from the grease trap and floor drains are emitting a very strong sewage odor that we had a hard time sleeping, we even transferred to another room but it’s still the sam. Our clothes also absorbed the odor. Hopefully they can address the issue since this is a promising hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights . The staff are niceties the room well equipped . The only negative was the lack of hot water in the shower !. Close to - or 2 good restaurants and a convenience store store a few minutes walk away

It’s okay. Microwave and phones not working. The grease trap smells every time we use the sink and the foul smell will fill the room and we need to spray or open the door. We stayed for 5 days, i just noticed that the staff walking by the hallway is quite noisy when they’re passing. I talked to the front desk about this and they acknowledged.

Great service and value for money! It’s a go to place when traveling with kids. We stay here during race day as it’s near Clark speedway and the pool is kid friendly. The best part is the warm and friendly service of the staff. Cheers!

Good hotel if you can get it at a discount, overpriced if full price.
Its a newish hotel but some of the fixtures and fittings are already brokern like the side tables in the rooms.
The roof over the pool leaks.
The dining area does a good breakfast but could do with a proper clean and removing the christmas decorations that just collect dust and dirt.
Music played in resturant begins early and goes on all day and is a bit loud. There is a gym which is nice, but sometimes people play music speakers in there early which is also not good for hotel occupants.
So nice hotel but could do with some upkeep and cleaning and cheaper prices.
