오래된 건물로 청결이나. 시설은 부족하나 가성비는 좋아요. 아무 욕심 없이 숙박하면 좋을듯. 조식은 조금 부족해요.

Served by Kathreen on check in and she was very welcoming and friendly. Excellent start. Had a nice sized room with all the amenities. Coffee, kettle, refridgerator, toiletries, and balcony. Used the pool, and it was spacious, but not clean. The bar area is unused. Restaurant only serves Korean food. No happy hour or specials. My room was dirty an unfortunately infested with cockroaches. The staff informed me they spray the rooms but there is no pest control, pest control program, or even bait, traps or anti pest devices. I asked for some spray and sprayed the room myself. Overpriced for what you get. Has so much potential. Dirty, unhygenic - won't go back.

There were bugs in room and hallways. I am disabled so we needed somewhere with elevator. Hotel description says that there is elevator and there is none. Lost power on second night and my family and I left after night 2 of 8 night booking with no refund . Had to pay 1000 pesos deposit for second key. Tried to charge again for 11yr old child but was clearly charged already from *******. Front door staff harassed family members for dropping us off and picking us up. When showed the staff pictures and videos of bugs was dismissed and ignored.
