Excellently located, well reachable by car as well as by public transport. All facilities are in good conditions, excellent food. The only downside, from our end, was in the room there is one door which is used to close either shower or tollet, basically no privacy and you need to be very close with your travelling partner to feel comfortable there :)

I have stayed in thousands of hotels. I made great world trips. This hotel is on my top list. Rooms, cleanliness, kitchen, friendly staff, everything was right. Most of the motivation of the staff is noticeable. Without stress, hard work is done and everybody has a visible pleasure in his or her works. Just a recommender!

this is amazing hotel but lack basic essence of an hotel, first of all after evening no one is at reception or any other office so in cased of any emergency and specially if you are not local you are in serious trouble. i had serious fever and in the middle of night no one was available to give me hlep or guide me to go to hospital or pharmacy. secondly before i depart (from Manchester, UK) i rang them and ask if they have laundry service as well were attending dinner and need our suits to be iron and they confirm that they have , but upon inquiring we found they have no such service. although staff is great very helpful , only if they are available. the buffet breakfast was out of tea bags and i was told it will be there next day ?? i need tea and i need to wait 24 hours. rooms are very nice, comfy beds, shower room although tiny but good enough. very clean and tidy . perfect location.

Not recommendable. Price/performance is not true. Interior defect. Personal rarely found. Problems with booking. Repair of the curtains by hotel using toilet paper. We had booked about Booking.com, we had booked a family room for 2 nights including breakfast at a price of about € 350. Shortly later the hotel calls and tells us the room would not be available, we should cancel and instead of a family room, book a premium double room and a superior single room for a price of 1x 179€ DZ and 1x 85€ EZ, I assured that the total price is then € 264, this was confirmed by the phone. I told the lady I liked to pay the price that was offered at Booking.com, and if the room that is marked there as available does not appear to be available in the hotel, I can't do anything for it. Unfortunately, the bad wake came out when check out, we paid sad €540. Even in the hotel was not so much out so it would have been understandable that the offered family room would have been available, children I didn't see either. Unfortunately it seems that over Booking.com is advertised and offered but when you book a person, something else is swept by phone. Do not feel soft and want us to have a refund, because unfortunately this price is not justified at all. Be very disappointed :( in the superior single room the light has flammed on the mirror and the light in the bathroom was not completely switched off. In the premium double room was forgotten to clean the separate toilet, The dirty towels under the washing venue have not been removed, we have not received a fresh towel on the toilet. But the worst thing is still coming - the darkness hang is not firmly fixed in the hang track, If you want to take this one, he will completely get off the rail and fall down - we then advertised and asked for improvement when we were back in the room the evening, The curtain was not completely dressed and was fitted with a piece of wc paper in the rail - in this price class is an absolute no go ! The premium double room was not completely dark, Because the hang tracks were unfavourablely mounted, unfortunately my husband could not sleep at brightness.
