The riverside suite tent is not recommended, there is no special scenery by the smelly ditch. This room is very gloomy. I booked three apartment types in two days. This room is four thousand a night. Apart from sleeping, I really don't want to stay in it, the most worthless room. Breakfast is ok, with fruit, vegetable salad, and freshly squeezed juice, which is very thick. I absolutely regret it after the dinner, it's unpalatable, and it's very expensive. A bowl of spaghetti is more than 20 dollars, and I can’t eat it after a few bites. I ordered four dishes. Hey, it's better to have instant noodles. Japanese management, but there is a fat-faced woman at the front desk. I want to swear. The only satisfaction is that after Ctrip communicates with the hotel, there is a free hotel pick-up and drop-off on the day of check-in and check-out. It's okay to experience it for one night

Breakfast can choose between Western and Chinese dishes. It tastes good. There are fruits. Children need extra bed for extra money. Location is very close to Angkor monument. Small circle called a sudden day, 15 knives, very quiet at night. The pool is very beautiful.

Overall a very nice hotel. The hotel's service staff is warm, courteous, and simple, hoping to provide guests with satisfactory service. The hotel is located a little far from the city, and it provides city shuttle service and airport shuttle service. Dinner on the waterfront platform by the lake is a good treat. The starry sky and frogs make people relaxed and happy. If you want to experience the rustic country life, you can stay for a few days.

Good choice if you want to experience real Cambodian life style. The hosts were very pleasant and friendly, but when we arrived the shower was broken so we had to shower with the water from a barrel which wasn't very hot (but it was very hot so we didn't mind).

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I received a very friendly greeting from the hotel driver who picked me up from a rather delayed flight. Arriving at the facility I was promptly greeted at reception with a welcome drink and brought to my room. The room was quite large with balcony and giant bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station. It has a coffee bar for lattes and assorted beverages. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool in the center of the hotel. It has a tropical garden feel. There is a poolside cocktail bar where I enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail. Above all what makes the Bayon Residence special is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff members remembered and called me by name. They often checked in to see if anything was needed and were happy to organize tuk tuk rides, give local recommendations and meet any needs. The gardeners create a special oasis. The plantings are extensive and beautifully kept. I noticed maintenance staff preparing decorations for the upcoming Khmer New Year. The cleaning staff work meticulously and the dining staff served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed conversations with the front desk staff, bartender and marketing manager. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Cambodia.

Viroth's Hotel is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was superb, with thoughtful little touches like providing me mosquito repellent before taking a walk in the evenings. It is located just a quick walk to the main shopping and dining center, but is on a quiet and peaceful street. The hotel helped me arrange a driver for touring the Angkor Wat temples, and he was excellent. The spa services were top notch and well priced. The breakfast menu was expansive and delicious, I loved trying their many options, and ate several meals in the hotel restaurant. The facilties were spotless and stylish, and the beautiful salt water pool was so refreshing after a day spent sightseeing. And they pick you up from the airport in a vintage Mercedes! I cannot recommend this hotel enough and hope to stay here again.

In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. Great and comfortable stay! I stay for 3 nights in the hotel, where i had really pleasant stay, because the staff service are really friendly, helpful and polite. Moreover the location is close to the city center and touristic places by walking, apart of that the facilities of the hotel such as common areas, swimming pool and bar are great! I definitely recommend the hotel for long or short stay you will have a comfortable and relax stay! Thank you very much staff service!

Great hotel. An oasis in the hectic city of Siem Reap. After a busy day in Angkor Wat or in the hectic city, you can relax perfectly. The tuk tuk ride costs $1.50 into town. Very friendly and personable people who run the hotel. I have diabetes and a new refrigerator was even put in my room so that I can cool my insulin well. Thanks for that ! The pool is perfect and the rooms are a nice size. I would come back at any time.
