No choice in hotels due to a time issue. I rate alot so you canntrust me. Who did IHG buy this hotel from? You need to come down here and inspect EVERY room. Touch everything and don’t tell them you’re coming. 1. Stop-this can’t be the one that is heavily reviewed in their favor. There is another one nearby. If you must use IHG go there. This one is too expensive compared to better maintained IHGs. 2. Cost is too much for outdated rooms with paint over makeup, floor cover up in bathroom is spongy, tub insert brown damage and spongey, loud above your head from guests, and the elevator tile was taped because it’s broken. 3. Corona virus has nothing to do with what happened at breakfast. He handed us our breakfast-no tray, said all of the trays had been given out..., milk was sour, coffee week and clear ( that’s not decaff!!). Amazing, the creamer and tea bags were out where anyone could touch them. So it wasn’t about corona. . The man had on a mask, but the female desk clerk 8-feet away had no mask and no plastic barrier. She took our keys by hand. Yet, we could not sit at a table. Other hotels space you out. We have stayed in 4 in 7 days trip. He just didn’t want to clean it. 4. The bed was fine, but you could see the mattress so no cover? 5. Wilderness view? Seriously? 6. The place appeared clean. The carpet looks worn, could need a vacuum, not sure. 7. The women at the desk were nice. The food handler was nice. He said it was someone else who told him what he had to do. If you want to spend more for something you could get at a motel, go ahead. We won’t. IHG remodel, train your franchiser, or take the name off. Thank you

Ramada by Wyndham Angola/Fremont Area

Nicole was pleasant and helpful, my room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. Everything in the room worked as it should. There was only one small glitch, no soap in the bathroom. They did not have express check-in but Nicole was very efficient.
