This is a well-maintained, clean lodging operating out of an historic building in the heart of the city. Our quarters were small but charming. Staff were friendly, and the property was well-kept. It was great value for money. Don't expect anything fancy - it's pretty basic. I feel that the breakfast could have benefited from a few minor improvements, including a better quality, and supply of coffee in the morning. Overall, this stay offered us the ability to walk out the door into the historic district of the city, and have access to all the local shops, venues, and amenities very easily - including better coffee.

The Staff are very friendly and helpful. They booked an airport transfer for us from and to airport. The room was tight for 3 beds but it was clean. The location was right downtown within a few minutes to the waterfront. Breakfast was simple but had everything you needed. We had a good stay here.

Small room but good value for the price. Super well situated and friendly staff. Fairly clean. Good for a quick stop downtown to enjoy wonderful Angra but not for a long stay. Happy of our choice!

Ótima localização. Quartos esteticamente agradáveis para um hotel de **, alguma humidade e pouco cuidado a nível de limpeza. Pequeno almoço com pouca oferta, mas no entanto, tiveram o cuidado de ter um pequeno almoço free gluten e sem PLV para uma das minhas crianças.

El hotel esta muy bien, todo muy nuevo y bien conservado, limpio. No le pongo nota máxima por varios motivos, el peor descontrol en la zona de spa, algunos clientes pasan con copas de cristal, y montan su fiesta en esa zona, sin que ningún responsable del hotel haga nada, en segundo lugar los camareros de la zona de desayuno, te pueden ver montando una mesa fuera y ni se molestan en decir, señores enseguida les monto la mesa YO, el desayuno se podría mejorar, mas variedad en frutas, huevos fritos, zumos naturales, es un hotel de 4 estrellas, hay que tener mejor formado a su personal, esto se repitió en todos los desayunos, el mando del Televisor no funcionaba. Pequeños detalles fáciles de solucionar.

El hotel es pequeño, está muy bien situado. Nuestra habitación tenía tres camas y se dormia cómodo, ventanas nuevas para el ruido y la temperatura. No nos gustó mucho el baño aún con bañera y cortinilla. Lo demás bastante aceptable. Bien para ser un dos estrellas. El desayuno normal tostas , huevos, leche, café.... Sin demasiada variedad pero buenos y libre. Recepción 24 horas, muy amables

Melhor que alguns de 4*. Não existe muita variedade no pequeno almoço e a falta de estacionamento não ajuda porém fica no centro de Angra, o staff é impecável e o preço não supera a qualidade prestada. É uma opção a considerar para alojamento, junto a prainha, ao comércio, marina, monte Brasil.
