Muito bem atendido por todos os funcionários do hotel. A praia não é das melhores. As instalações e limpeza são muito boas. Um restaurante não estava disponível, porém não foi informado durante a reserva.

Fiquei com um pouco de receio por a empresa não ser brasileira, mas confiei e deu tudo certo e com um preço ótimo.
O Vila Gale é maravilhoso, minhas meninas amaram e eu tbm. Meu esposo estava muito precisando de um momento desse. Graças a Deus está dando tudo certo.

Víajamos com nosso filho bebê que requer uma alimentação especial. Nós primeiros dias a cozinha se mostrou incapaz de atender aos nossos pedidos e fizemos uma reclamação junto a cozinha. A partir desse dia o Chef Samuel Reis se certificou pessoalmente que os pratos do meu filho estariam corretos e desde então todas as refeições foram servidas com qualidade excepcional. Deixo então meus agradecimentos e louvor ao Chef Samuel e sua superior capacidade de nos atender .

Achei muito deselegante lacrar o freezer os funcionários são despreparado, um mau humor danado. Não repito e nem índico pra ninguém. Por ser ALL inclusive vcs deixam muito a desejar. Festa em família onde estáva comemorando bodas de prata e tive decepção total.

Comida ruim e sem opção Bebida não é 24h liberada, o bar da praia e da piscina fecha as 18:30 e com isso eles lacram o freezer de cerveja. Quarto com cheiro insuportavel de mofo pedi para me trocar de quarto e não trocaram. Funcionarios mal educados inclusive o Lucas do bar da piscina. O funcionário João Pedro do bar da piscina pegou 300 reais meu.

I am very unhappy as the hotel's web site and the description does not really reflect the current status. First of all the rooms have a big problem, there is serious humidity problem and the AC does not work very well. Food was the other problem, the buffet looks very large but seriously for the money you are paying, the food was below average. From the salad bar to deserts, we could not believe how poor the ingredients and cooking was. They have a la carte restaurants as well and we tried 3 of them after getting so disappointed on the buffet and unfortunately the a la carte restaurants, despite the extra cost, were no different. I think what bothered me the most is that this hotels's staff managed to reject my review through ******* twice so i decided to post it on other social media. In particular there was a front desk supervisor who promised us a refund for some nights which we did not stay and I even mentioned her name in my review, they not only ignored this but also rejected the review and also several attempts we made to collect the refund. Very disappointed and will never go back.

Viagem inesquecível. Atendentes muito atenciosos, desde a recepção até o atendimento dos bares e restaurantes, muitas variedades de comidas e bebidas, não faltou nada! Quarto super agradável, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, TV, ar condicionado, banheira.. Repõe frigobar todos os dias. Com certeza voltarei!!
