I am very unhappy as the hotel's web site and the description does not really reflect the current status. First of all the rooms have a big problem, there is serious humidity problem and the AC does not work very well. Food was the other problem, the buffet looks very large but seriously for the money you are paying, the food was below average. From the salad bar to deserts, we could not believe how poor the ingredients and cooking was. They have a la carte restaurants as well and we tried 3 of them after getting so disappointed on the buffet and unfortunately the a la carte restaurants, despite the extra cost, were no different. I think what bothered me the most is that this hotels's staff managed to reject my review through ******* twice so i decided to post it on other social media. In particular there was a front desk supervisor who promised us a refund for some nights which we did not stay and I even mentioned her name in my review, they not only ignored this but also rejected the review and also several attempts we made to collect the refund. Very disappointed and will never go back.
