Excellent service from the staff and exclusivity of the place but unfortunately it does not have many transportation options and getting to places to refill supplies takes a long time and is very expensive.

As the name of the inn suggests, the place really is a paradise. A beautiful beach, frequented practically only by guests. The room, right on the sand, is wonderful, taking a bath after a day at the beach is priceless. Tours on Ilha Grande are also a show in themselves, both boat and trail tours. On the trip back to the island, the beaches I liked most were Caxadaço, Parnaioca and Aventureiro. On the trail, the ones I enjoyed most were Lopes Mendes and Santo Antônio. I would like to give a hug to the girls who work at the counter and to the owners, who are very good people. And of course, I couldn't forget to mention the poster boy of the inn, Kako, a beautiful Golden Retriever, who looks more like a lion.

We went during New Year's Eve with a large group... If you have problems with service, this place is not for you... Probably the worst service we have ever been given, the worst New Year's party and the worst food... It's so bad that I prefer not to even list the problems. But if you want to go there, you won't regret it, the rooms are nice, clean, right on the sand. The real problem is the service, they are completely sure that they are doing you a big favor and everything you ask for will be answered no, and if you insist, MAYBE you will be able to, after witnessing a lot of frowns...

The ill-fated saga began along the way, but I will limit myself to evaluating the inn (or rather, “robbed”). Upon arrival, still trying to identify where the reception would be, as all that could be seen were some tables and chairs arranged in front of a kind of bar counter, which had an aquarium as a neighbor that was always too cloudy, even before any “hello, welcome!”, what we heard was “will it be in debit or credit, the rest of the reservation amount?”. Payment made, now it was time for the good news: the Wi-Fi signal does not reach the rooms; air conditioning, only from nine thirty at night to eight in the morning; The use of hair dryers, straighteners and any other device that uses resistance is prohibited. So far, so good, we don't really care about it. It is understandable that a place that runs on a power generator would have such limitations. Heading to the room (the most expensive facility in the inn, it should be noted), the disappoin**ent was already present at the door, which had a broken handle and serious problems opening it. The bed linen was smelly. The TV was awkwardly positioned at the angle between the wall and the ceiling (but that didn't matter, after all, it didn't really work). While we were still settling in, we discovered that the lights wouldn't turn on. Later, we realized that this was just one of the countless and long-lasting power outages that plague that place, and that the owners insist on blaming the guests for tripping the generator's circuit breaker, claiming that they had certainly used one of the prohibited devices ( which we discovered, in conversation with our roommates, which, obviously, was not true). The first night in that place was rainy. After spending time in the “reception bar” and after a break from the rain, when I returned to the room, a pleasant surprise: the bed was soaked thanks to two leaks above it. But all of the above described still hadn't been enough to shake our morale. “Okay, these things happen,” my fiancé and I thought. Of course, the worst was yet to come. When we received dinner... it was at that moment that everything became clear: all the events narrated were not mere misfortunes; in fact, those (ir)responsible for that place don't give a damn about their guests. That was the materialization of the absolute lack of, I would say, affection but, more seriously, what is really lacking is respect. I wouldn't even serve that food to pigs. I would have preferred to have been washed, it would have been better. The lasagna was a sort of oil soup with clumped flakes of ground meat and inconsistent shavings of dough. Everything floating. The chicken parmigiana were small pieces of chicken dipped in a sauce similar to that used in stroganoff, with a horrible appearance and texture (which is also the sauce present in the stroganoff itself and in, amazingly, fish – it is a standard sauce, apparently) , accompanied by a handful of lifeless rice and a few pieces of French fries (just over half a dozen, served

Atendimento incrível. Ótimo lugar. Praia exclusiva

Um verdadeiro paraíso na ilha grande! Totalmente ofuscado por um atendimento pessimo, estrutura não condizente com o valor cobrado! Uma verdadeira experiência ruim. Quartos: os que não possuem ar condicionado são ruins, quentes e com um ventilador que não funciona direito. Banheiros: vários não ligavam a água quente Restaurante: mal estruturado com cadeiras desconfortáveis Café da manhã; repetitivo, café frio e poucas opções saudáveis Refeição: meia pensão com comidas congeladas (lasanha, estrogonofe, nugguets, bife a parmegiana e outros - todos ruins e de pior qualidade do que os da sadia) Festa de réveillon: a impressão é que a festa é da dona da pousada e não dos hóspedes! Não entregaram a lata de cerveja, a Tábua de frios só pode ser distribuída após as 00:00! As regras não fazem sentido nenhum! A música que escutamos foi horrível, mas atendia ao gosto da dona da pousada e dos seus. A pousada não sabe aproveitar o espaço que tem! Nenhuma facilidade como Sup, redes, boas cadeiras, guarda sol! Nenhuma estrutura de praia. Preços exorbitantes das bebidas. Regras de horários rígidas e deixaram 4 hóspedes sem se alimentar um dia a noite por um atraso de 10 minutos! Isso em uma ilha sem nenhum outro recurso. Atendimento: péssimo a começar pelos donos! Equipe despreparada para trabalhar com hospitalidade. Grossos, ríspidos e pouco flexíveis para atender o hóspede. Eu me senti em um acampamento de escoteiro e não uma pessoa livre, adulta e que pagou mais de 500 reais a diária. Não recomendo de forma alguma! Devem existir outras opções com o mesmo preço e melhor preparadas para atender um público minimamente exigente.
