The place is stunning due to its nature, but... when I stayed, I couldn't use the wifi offered during the stay, as it didn't work.
Some grumpy receptionists, not deserving to be in that place, with so many people needing work.

Maravilha retornar após depois de quatros meses e poder ver como mudou! Amamos o café da manhã, muito mais organizado e limpo, quarto com roupa de cama nova e toalhas macias, a recepção com uma atendente muito educada. Recomendo o pôr do sol nas Ruínas e o passeio de barco. Ótimo fim de semana.

My stay was good. The hotel has a good structure, but needs good maintenance. The pool area is a little abandoned and there was a lack of towels on the days I stayed, but the attendants were willing to help. They are all very helpful.
