很開心安化有這麼好的酒店，不論是硬件設施還是軟件服務均在水準。 住過一次後你會發現成了安化出差必選，其他的酒店已經入不了眼。 公區隨處可見的藝術品和極具安化特色的茶香，前台工作人員的笑臉相迎；房間的面積比大多數酒店的都要寬敞， 衞生乾淨整潔，進入房間後映入眼簾的資江江景，讓你靜下來欣賞這小縣城的山清水秀。員工的服務意識也很不錯，會盡可能滿足客人的需求和想辦法去幫助客人解決問題。前台的King、賓客服務中心的Dona、葉葉、娟娟、包括客房姐姐還有一些沒記住名字的前台女生們，一開始發現洗手間沒有牙刷，可能是客房姐姐忙忘補，我打電話給我送來我説洗手間沒垃圾桶，客房姐姐又給我説客廳有兩個讓我擰一個去洗手間，我説好吧， 然後沒多久客房大姐還是又給我送了一個。 不知道是不是因為忘了補牙刷想彌補這個入住體驗，又來人給我送了兩杯有點難以入口的濃縮西柚汁，也不説是為啥送的，但是這個細節我想説，酒店的食品安全這塊有待提高，兩杯果汁不知道是不是從餐廳路過了電梯再到走廊，經歷過重重塵埃，跋山涉水來到我的房間，這兩杯果汁都沒有杯蓋或者保鮮膜覆蓋；很奇怪為什麼洗手枱下沒有垃圾桶，實在是極其不方便，隨手的牙刷包裝紙等卸粧廢紙總不能扔地上吧，每次都要扔到馬桶間的垃圾桶或者客廳垃圾桶，希望酒店高層看到這條來自住客的心聲。
