I arrived at the room at 7 PM and it wasn't properly cleaned, so they changed the double bed to a standard room at the last minute. The bathroom only had disposable towels, no bath towels. I tried to contact the front desk, but couldn't find the landline number. The service button just hung up after one press. It's not an e-sports hotel; there were no merchandise items in the room, and a deposit was required before check-in. I checked out at 2 PM, and when I returned at noon, my room card wouldn't open the door.

The location of the hotel is very good, it should be considered the city center. Next to it is Huaxia Shopping Mall, and a few steps to Suning Plaza. There is also a night market near Huaxia Shopping Mall on weekend nights. The room is quite big, but the facilities are a bit old, but overall I am satisfied.

The location of the room is good, the floor is quiet, and the view is good. What I am very dissatisfied with is that I changed rooms twice in a row. To be honest, your room price is not low, but the hygiene is worrying. I don't know how many people slept on this bed sheet. Your group is also a big brand. I hope you pay more attention to hygiene and improve quality.

The location is very convenient. You can take bus No. 27 directly to Suzhou East Station. It is convenient to shop and eat around. The hotel facilities are well equipped. There is a restaurant on the 4th floor where you can order dishes separately. You can eat in or have them delivered to your room. The room has an air purifier, which is good. The air conditioning effect is good. The breakfast is rich and fresh. Very good.

This is my second stay here this year. The location is the main reason.
The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I booked for two days and they upgraded my room. I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time.

What a lousy hotel. In such a cold day, the hot water was out for hours! Even if I called him, he couldn't fix it. No apology at all...

The hotel is cheap and good, the rooms are very clean, and the service is very good. The breakfast has local snacks and tastes delicious. It is a satisfactory place for travel accommodation.
