davvero pessimo, lo staff molto scortese, la camera per quattro persone era minuscula tanto che non c’era abbastanza spazio per aprire le valigie ed era rovinata e poco pulita, tanto che mi son uscite delle macchie rosse su un lato del viso a causa degli acari presenti nel cuscino probabilmente. inoltre non presenta l’ascensore e per questo abbiamo dovuto fare tre piani con le valigie, semplicemente un incubo.

Hotel bello, appena ristrutturato (il primo piano, il resto lo stanno mettendo a posto). Bagno molto bello. Camera molto piccola per essere una quadrupla, ci si muove a stento. Colazione ottima con tutti prodotti bio. Posizione comoda in posto tranquillo per visitare Salisburgo

It is a lovely hotel, impeccably clean, good bed. The staff is very friendly and works really hard. Head of the cleaning team is an angel. She goes above and beyond. We stayed for two nights and had dinner in the restaurant twice. Excellent! Breakfast was also great. It’s nice that many things are environmentally friendly and bio. This hotel is ideal for travellers with an electric car as there are several Tesla superchargers as well as other chargers on the parking lot. Near to Salzburg. When we are in the neighbourhood again we will definitely stay here.

We liked that even though it was outside of Salzburg, you could still get there pretty quick.
They also gave us some information on what to do in Salzburg.
We enjoyed our room and the facilities were pretty good.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe von Salzburg. Freundliche Gastgeber, gutes Frühstück. Ruhig trotz an der Straße gelegen, grosser Parkplatz. Im Sommer auch mit Biergarten. Leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen. Sehr gerne wieder

abbiamo soggiornato con la modalità mezza pensione. la camera è comoda, pulita e confortevole. Colazione e cena ottimi. Unico neo della cena è il tempo infinito per l'arrivo delle portate (3 portate 1 ora e mezza) Il personale molto gentile e disponible. Nel parcheggio del Hotel ci sono le torrette per la ricarica delle auto elettriche

La struttura in sé é abbastanza carina ma….arrivati alla reception accoglienza molto fredda, ci viene consegnata la chiave e saliamo in camera - non c’è ascensore né alcuno che possa aiutare per le valigie….la camera non era stata preparata..Si torna alla reception….solleviamo il problema e l’uomo alla reception resta sorpreso…per ingannare l’attesa si decide di ingannare il tempo al ristorante (erano le 13.45)……non si mangia già più!!!!! 15 minuti e si torna in camera …una puzza di muffa che durante la notte e nonostante la finestra aperta ha impregnato tutti gli abiti. Quando si é rientrati in hotel la sera, reception deserta: ho dovuto bussare alla porta della cucina per chiedere di avere le chiavi. Colazione del mattino abbastanza fornita ma di cibo senza qualità. Un ospite ha fatto notare che lo yogurt era finito: risposta dell’inserviente: si, é finito. Tazze sporche e piatti lasciati sui tavoli etc etc, il momento più bello é quando ce ne siamo andati….per sempre

Hotel en ontbijt fantastisch. Bed vreselijk lag plastic om matras oid daardoor kraken en zweten. Broeide erg.. Kamer heet en benauwd. Ontbijt geweldig heel erg uitgebreid en lekker. Hoge kwaliteit.

We stayed one night at the Kaiserhof for a birthday party. It is a nice hotel with unfortunately very few parking spaces, since the hotel has opted for electromobility on a large scale. So there were many Teslas for rent. The staff is nice and tried hard, not very attentive at breakfast. It was also a little strange that the maids were waiting in a seating area in the hallway when we left and had apparently also gotten breakfast from the buffet. The room was clean and practically furnished. Instead of the large TV and a Dyson hair dryer, you should have paid more attention to the mattresses, which were much too soft. What was also not clear is what "Bel Etage" means here - we had booked this category, but whether it was really the first floor where we had a room... you don't know
