I reserved parking lot one month before my trip.i do a check in and go out to dinner.arrived in hotel I have a surprise,my reserved parking lot was occupied.i contacted hotel staff and call the police.they not resolve my problem.i requested a hotel manager contact me but it's not contact me. Bad experience

Good location, near to train station..but convenience store is at a walkign distance of 5minutes

Today I stayed at the AB Hotel Mikawa Anjo New Building. The hotel front desk was very clean and the staff greeted me with a warm smile.

The facilities are very satisfying, great For breakfast and dinner it is delicious

As we were checking in from around 10pm, there were no nearby parking spaces available and the directions to the multi-storey car park were a little confusing.

It was cheap and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no parking available and it was far away. The breakfast was delicious. I still want to use it.

Free meals in the morning and evening are helpful. If you are staying by car, you can rest assured with a parking ticket. Traveling by train is near the station and comfortable. Vehicles can easily travel west or east on the expressway from the bypass. I would like to use it again next time.

I couldn't take a slow bath because the public bath was replaced by a time system. Only men can use it in the morning, women can't enter in the morning. I apologize for not confirming the information. The bathroom was also slimy and unsanitary and felt disgusting. There was only a smoking room, so it can't be helped, The futon smelled of cigarettes, and when the air conditioner was put on, the smell was even greater. Due to the structure of the cooler, no matter how much the wind changed direction, it hit the futon directly and I slept while wearing a mask, but my throat was hit anyway. Hotels with smoking rooms are rare these days, so I didn't think much about it, but it became a lesson for the future. The fire alarm malfunctioned due to a malfunction in the middle of the night, and the loud music rang out for tens of minutes, but I couldn't get through even if I called the front desk. I felt like I could understand why it was so cheap in terms of cost performance. I'm glad I didn't stay overnight.

The sound insulation is not good enough. Everyone who does anything outside of me can hear it. What's worse is that I can hear the sound of the next room. Very bad
