The front desk service is very bad. The room equipment and interior are broken or not maintained. The breakfast is good with many menus. The cleaning is not as good as other AB hotels. The standard has gone down from before.

The room was clean and nice, but the bathroom didn't have a ventilation fan so it smelled a bit bad. It was a Sunday morning so breakfast was crowded. It would be better if the breakfast area was a little larger.

We didn't have dinner, but it was cheap, with breakfast and dinner included and free parking. We stayed in a twin room, and had a comfortable sleep with two semi-double beds. My husband said he was disappointed that the shower in the large communal bath, which has a rotation system, didn't work well and hadn't been repaired, so I didn't use it and just took a bath in the room.
I think the bathroom and toilet in the room were quite spacious.
