JANE Hot Spring Hotel (Anji Yunshang Grassland Panda Tribe Adventure Park Branch)

The room has a pure white decor, which is very elegant. The underfloor heating throughout the house keeps it very warm and comfortable. The owner was very hospitable and helped us get to the visitor center to catch the bus, which we really appreciated!

The owner of this place is a bit petty. The room looked fairly clean, but the service was really terrible, I felt completely disrespected. The air conditioning was also very inefficient and slow to heat up. They said breakfast was noodles, but they served a bowl of vermicelli that was inedible. I had to go out and pay for food myself, and I had diarrhea all day. They also mentioned offering bamboo shoot digging but never brought it up again. I've stayed at other B&Bs, and compared to them, this place is problematic in every way except for being slightly cheaper. Trust me, don't stay here, you'll regret it. Plus, the projector was very blurry, and the host device above my head hummed loudly. I'm coming back in a few months, but I definitely won't be staying here again; the service made me too uncomfortable.

Great service and quality; it also offers a good emotional experience. Definitely worth revisiting.

This guesthouse/hotel has a lot of character. The rooms and common areas are quite spacious. Parking and EV charging are very convenient. The owner even offered to drive us to and from skiing the next day. After checking out, the owner also gave us a lovely souvenir (a seasonal local snack from Anji).
