This hotel had a beautiful garden, all kind of amenities. Breakfast was delicious and assorted. Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t operating during my stay. Overall I had a great experience. The stuff members were very kind and went out their way to assist me in any situation. Thank you 😊

The hotel has a great environment with complete facilities. The hotel has floor heating. The guy at the front desk has a very proactive and enthusiastic service. There is a large garden in the back with slides. The room is large and clean, and the bath water is good. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

In the end, the breakfast was very unpleasant and the family room was I really don’t understand that there are only two people in the family now. In short, I won’t stay here again in the future.

The bathroom and bed in the room are open with no door in between. This is not good. After taking a bath and getting dressed in the shower room, there is no privacy. It was such a cold day that the water in the indoor swimming pool was so cold that the children shivered. After a few minutes of playing, the children were so cold that their teeth chattered and they hurried up. It was better not to have this swimming pool. When I originally booked this hotel, I was only interested in having a swimming pool. The children's playground is Outdoors, there is no shelter and it is impossible to play in such a hot day. Many designs of the hotel are really disappointing.

Very bad! ! ! Stop it! ! Hotel room hygiene is very poor. I arrived at the hotel at 1:40 and couldn't check in. The explanation was that there were only 4 aunties cleaning nearly 200 rooms and they were too busy. When I checked in, there was hair all over the floor in the room, and the bathroom was full of cigarette ashes, which was very dirty. The air conditioner in the room was very loud and noisy. The sanitation and water temperature of the swimming pool do not comply with national regulations! ! ! At breakfast the next day, there were too many people, the hard-boiled eggs were all raw, there was no place to sit, and there was nothing to eat! The overall experience is very poor! Stop it!

酒店環境不錯設施齊全，管家環環服務非常的好，房間衞生乾淨，下次還會去的。雖然位置可能稍微偏一點點，但是比較安靜，不吵鬧，房間的設施比較新，床品也比較乾淨。不會踩雷，推薦！

酒店大堂設計挺有意境，辦理完入住有管家加微信，發了一些入住簡介，這個價位有這種服務還是物超所值的。走廊上有一股淡淡的香味，很有感覺。不過晚上的時候房間裏的燈光略暗，有些開關標識的不太明顯。不過房間還是挺好的，酒店還有一個後花園可以放鬆！

房間很乾凈，前台葉子姐姐服務挺好的，很熱情擺放房間引領我到房間門口，早餐還挺好吃的，服務員也很有禮貌，餐具都很乾凈，桌子椅子擺放的整齊，沒啥好説的，值得這個價位

還是相當不錯的一次入住，很多評論裏説不太好，我認為有失偏駁，唯一不完美的是這酒店空調確實有些問題，但是與管家小凱溝通，晚上已經下班時間仍然加班及時幫忙換房，作為一家酒店員工已經做的很到位了，我認為應該有獎金給這樣的員工，通常很多五星酒店雖有管家服務但也不是每次都高標準，因為平時住酒店概率比較高，但這次確實比較安慰吧，至於硬件設施那應該是裝修時老闆的問題。早上酒店經理還給泡一杯茶給我，這樣的態度與服務，是這家酒店的福星，希望這樣的評論不但旅遊的朋友可以看到，也希望老闆可以多看看，如果設施改進，那麼配上這樣的員工，那麼這樣的酒店3到5年裡生意都會很不錯！感謝管家小凱🙏
