Anji Narada Sky City Resort

Our family was initially quite happy about our first trip to Anji. We had booked one family room and one lake-view double room. However, due to heavy rain, the front desk offered to upgrade our room, so we cancelled the family room and booked a lake-view twin room instead. Little did we know, the real service issues began from there! 1. Regarding the welcome fruit: One room had welcome fruit, but the other didn't. We inquired at the front desk, wondering if they had overlooked it. They said they didn't have fruit, but they could send some. What arrived were snacks, without any prior notice or explanation. Of course, this is a small matter, but it highlights numerous service deficiencies. 2. Regarding the bed rail: We mentioned needing a bed rail at check-in, telling two people at the front desk that it would be delivered to our room. However, it wasn't until we called them that evening that it arrived; they hadn't even informed us. 3. Regarding bed hygiene: The two elderly people were staying in twin beds, one bed for each of them. One of the beds was dirty in the middle, which we didn't notice while sleeping. We only noticed it when we woke up in the middle of the night. The first thing they did in the morning was tell us, and they told us to let it go, since we'd already slept there. Although we were extremely upset, we were worried about affecting the cleaning service and told us not to complain. Later, when we lifted the covers, we found the dirty sheets and blankets on the inside as well. We asked the hotel to send someone to check, but the hotel staff first claimed it was our baby's poop, then said it was dead insects. But our baby hadn't even stayed there! They rushed to remove the dirty sheets and blankets, constantly making excuses. After we checked out, they contacted us again, making accusations that someone had been injured, and that there was ointment in the trash. Were we trying to frame them? Did we ask for compensation? Did we frame them by preserving the scene to facilitate their investigation? The plaster was for the elderly person sleeping in the other bed, applied to their knee. Not only did the plaster not spill when used, but it was also washed off before bedtime. They never slept on that dirty bed. Besides, a normal person wouldn't pull out the blanket to cover themselves if they weren't sleeping, especially not by folding their trousers up to cover themselves. The housekeeper even threatened to call the police and have us arrested. Go ahead, we're not afraid of you. Of course, you're all ******. You have the final say on hotel management and service. You can cover for each other and gang up to insult guests behind their backs, whatever. Even if the elderly person is furious after finding out they were wronged, what can we do about it? We won't stay here a second time. We're all just passing through. Hopefully, the hotel won't end up failing because of your own negligence.
