Excellent stay, peaceful property with huge area to walk around and feel the nature. Recommend to make access to water side free for guests (camping area near water was blocked). Restaurants are too expensive, better to drive out and find local places to eat.

I have been eyeing this hotel for a long time. This time, I took advantage of the event and it happened to be my birthday, so I stayed here with my husband for two nights. The environment is naturally amazing. The hotel is located in the Anji Lingfeng National 5A Scenic Area, surrounded by virgin forests, full of negative oxygen ions, and it is especially fragrant to sleep at night. The architectural style of the hotel is a combination of Chinese and Western styles. The villa area is antique, and the main building area is Western style, which is very harmonious. The breakfast is very rich and there are many varieties, both Chinese and Western. It is recommended to sit outdoors for dining when the weather is good, and the mood is particularly good. The service of the hotel is remarkable. Two days before check-in, the hotel contacted me and added the housekeeper WeChat. Our housekeeper Molly is very dedicated and considerate. Not only did she help us upgrade the room type for free and decorate the room, but she also sent a small cake and wrote a greeting card, which is very heartwarming. She would take the initiative to send me messages every morning and evening, asking how my stay was and if there were any problems that needed help. Whenever we had any questions, she would reply as soon as possible and help solve them immediately. She was also very humbly accepting of some of my small suggestions.

Banyan Tree is my favorite hotel brand. I went to Anji to experience a different Banyan Tree, so I definitely can't miss it. The location of the hotel is as always based on the Banyan Tree's style of being away from the hustle and bustle and fresh and refined. Banyan Tree Anji is located in Lingfeng Mountain Scenic Area, surrounded by green mountains, shaded by green bamboos, and fragrant tea gardens. The garden-style courtyard of Hui-style architecture is simple and quiet. It is convenient to access scenic spots such as Bamboo Expo Park, Jiangnan Tianchi, and Yu Village. The hotel's butler service is considerate and thoughtful. It is commendable that my butler Cherry added WeChat after I made the reservation. She helped me easily arrange rooms, hotel activities, surrounding attractions, and restaurant reservations. She also added fruits and drinks for me at any time, and asked if I had any other needs from time to time. She took care of me all the way until I returned... It can be said that she was dedicated and precious. The hotel room cleaning attendant was also very meticulous. She made the night bed, lit the aromatherapy, and helped me put more than a dozen scattered toiletries on a tray for my convenience. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in content and good in quality. The local specialties of Baiyun Chinese Restaurant, such as Anji-style boat head fish, bamboo forest chicken, and paper bamboo shoots, are all very delicious and worth recommending. The hotel's travel photographer Zheng Jie not only has good photography skills, but also is very patient in teaching the poses, which left beautiful moments for my entire trip. Staying at Banyan Tree Anji enriched my trip to Anji and brought it to a perfect end.

The environment and service of Banyan Tree can basically be said to be impeccable, whether it is the check-in at the front desk, the meticulous reminders and services of the housekeeper Mia, the cleaning service in the guest rooms, or the waiters in the two restaurants and lobby bar, they all make people feel very comfortable!

This summer, I brought my wife and son to the Banyan Tree Hotel. It takes about 3 hours to drive from Shanghai, and the check-in is very convenient. I bought a 2-night hotel package on Ctrip, which is very cost-effective. It includes breakfast for two, free travel photography, and snacks and drinks in the lobby bar. Finally, I must praise the hotel's housekeeper Yolanda for her thoughtful service. I will bring my family here next time!

It was my birthday, and the whole family went out for a vacation. The front desk upgraded the room. The lake view room has a beautiful view. It feels great to read on the balcony. The staff of Banyan Tree Anji are very friendly, and the housekeeper Mia provides thoughtful service. The photos taken at Qidu Travel Photography are also unexpectedly good. The photographer Zheng Jie and the makeup lady are very good. It was a very pleasant stay experience and I will come again in the future.
