The hotel was very comfortable. Even though I checked in late, the staff still upgraded my room. Waking up to a green view outside my window in the morning was definitely a highlight!

The hotel is connected to a golf course, offering lush green views and beautiful bird calls right outside our room. The architectural design of the entire hotel is stunning, and the surrounding environment is lovely. It's great for golfing, walking, and cycling nearby. What truly impressed us was the cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms. We stayed for four days and noticed that every housekeeping staff member was meticulous in their cleaning, making it exceptionally spotless. We consider this to be outstanding among hotels of a similar caliber. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also serves delicious food. Overall, it gave us a very pleasant travel experience.

Our stay at JW Marriott Anji was absolutely fantastic this time, completely unlike what some online reviews claim about it being the worst Marriott in the country. Our butler, Baobao, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Knowing it was our anniversary, she specially decorated our room and even brought us a cake!

We chose JW for my little one's birthday this time, and the butler service was attentive and responsive. The room was spacious, and our family of four stayed very comfortably. I especially loved the beautiful decor in the hallway; the string lights at night looked like a starry sky, which was gorgeous. There were also several colorful parrots 'living' on both sides of the corridor, and my little one would greet them every time we passed by, though it's a shame they can't talk back yet. It was a very fulfilling and lovely birthday trip!

This time, I brought two families for a vacation, and my parents were very satisfied with the hotel. The overall style is an American resort, and as soon as we entered the hotel grounds, we felt very comfortable. The room was very spacious, and it had a large balcony. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening, enjoying the breeze, sunshine, and moonlight, was my favorite time at the hotel. There were a few super cute parrots in the hallway walking from the lobby back to our room. We stopped to play with them every time we passed by. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of nutritious options. They even had local specialties like preserved vegetable pancakes and dry-tossed noodles, which my family all thought tasted excellent. Rita's service was also excellent and very warm; she immediately arranged the shuttle bus for the parking lot. If I come to Anji again, I will choose this JW Marriott.

Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, and the mountain view from the window was lovely. The service was prompt, and the breakfast featured local Anji specialties, which I really enjoyed.

I had a FANTASTIC stay in this hotel! Everything is top-notch: the service, the food, the room, the atmosphere, the facilities! It was a spontaneous decision to go to this Marriott and I didn’t expect what I got! I’ve been upgraded, also trip’s package offered a free tea plantation visit, free drinks and desserts at the bar, discounts for the dining. Rita the manager was great, her assistance was priceless. Everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful, I won’t even say anything about minor issues because the overall experience surpassed them by far! Even if you have any problem, just tell the staff about it and they’ll solve it. Choose this hotel if you want to have a peaceful weekend! I and my kid already want to come back! 🫶

Our family of four visited Anji and stayed at the Marriott. We initially planned for just one night, but the experience was so fantastic that we extended our stay for another day. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room. The hotel is nestled among mountains, offering a beautiful environment. Both the lobby and the rooms are elegantly decorated, grand, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, and the service staff were warm and attentive. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. It truly lives up to its five-star standard. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Huge thanks to our butler Audrey for the meticulous care and attention during our stay. The front desk and bar staff were also incredibly professional and thoughtful. However, I hope the hotel can improve the nightlight; only the bottom needs to be lit. The light next to the kettle also stays on and shines directly into your eyes, and there's no way to turn it off. Additionally, the reading lights could be improved. If one person wants to sleep and the other wants to read, they are completely unusable. Many of the lights can't be controlled independently, which is a big waste. I hope the hotel focuses more on comfort, and that each supervisor and the engineering department experience this firsthand. Comfortable lighting is really important.

Having stayed in many hotels in Anji, the Anji JW Marriott truly stands out as the most cost-effective and conveniently located hotel nestled within the bamboo forest. The European-style manor is surrounded by a golf course and mountains, offering a serene environment and acting as a natural oxygen bar. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom and showering facilities are very new and exceptionally clean. The bedding, in particular, is incredibly comfortable, maintaining the consistently high standards of JW Marriott. Our butler, Audrey Bao, contacted me a day in advance to answer any potential questions I might have about our trip. Her advice was professional and objective, and her attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful, adding a lot to our overall experience. The other staff members at the hotel were also well-trained, demonstrating that such excellent employees are a testament to a professional management team. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options; the freshly wrapped wontons, Anji dry-tossed noodles, and freshly made preserved vegetable pancakes are definitely worth trying. The dinner buffet also features a great selection. Whether you're traveling with kids or looking for a relaxing escape with your partner, this is the top choice in Anji. It's been a long time since I've written such a detailed review, and I would definitely choose to stay here again given the opportunity.
