帶父母來安吉休閑遊，選了離景點近的開元度假酒店，酒店環境大氣整潔，設施配套齊全，有游泳池和父母喜歡的乒乓台，飯後去揮拍一小時，出出汗。管家貞貞認真負責，入住前就關心入住需求，還推薦了當地人知道的好菜館，非常貼心。家人對本次出行都非常滿意。

免費升級了行政觀景房，房間超級大，缺什麼打電話至前台，也是很快就能送過來，樓下有個遊樂園，小朋友很喜歡，表示下次來還要住這裏

住的很舒服的一家酒店，設施不舊服務也好，管家也是隨時回覆微信解決問題。早餐種類豐富味道也不錯，最後一天吃的晚最後沒有咖啡了，還單獨給我做了一杯拿鐵。就在竹博園門口，一早起來8點先進去看貓安安靜靜的就我和老公兩人獨享三衹大貓太幸福了！回來再踏踏實實吃早飯極好！

酒店有蠻多看起來像實習生的工作人員，態度很好很努力，但是業務能力一般，比如有小朋友沒有問然後需要我自己問説要拖鞋和洗漱工具（另外一位年長的工作人員有主動給客人説）。住店人太多但是服務跟不上，早餐人多到爆炸，現場有點混亂，門口沒有管理排隊啥的，沒有流量控制，工作人員很努力的給大家帶位，但是我真的很久很久沒有碰過這樣的場景了。自助餐種類一般般，雖然的確也不貴，晚上跟早餐同樣的餐廳人都沒有。淘氣堡非常小，而且門口的女售票人員非常不客氣板着一張臉，多説一句話欠她錢一樣。房間的廁所和洗浴設施毫無遮擋，就在床旁邊沒有隔斷，使用設施時對睡着的人影響有點大。優點是酒店在竹博園門口，周邊環境不錯，可以去旁邊有家咖啡館坐坐。我感覺如果不是五一，價格也便宜了很多的話，應該體驗會好很多

帶寶寶來安吉玩，選擇了這家酒店。就在竹博園旁邊，走路就能去竹博園。位置在安吉縣城南邊。早餐比較單一，中規中矩。酒店外風景不錯。酒店服務挺好。
